itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Em vaig graduar en Qu\u00edmica per la Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Durant el meu grau, vaig desenvolupar un gran inter\u00e8s per comprendre els sistemes biol\u00f2gics a nivell molecular, cosa que em va portar a cursar un m\u00e0ster en Modelitzaci\u00f3 Computacional al programa conjunt UB-UPC. All\u00e0 vaig aprofundir els meus coneixements en simulacions moleculars, programaci\u00f3 i an\u00e0lisi de dades aplicades a sistemes qu\u00edmics i biol\u00f2gics.<\/p>\n<p>Per a la meva tesi de m\u00e0ster, vaig desenvolupar un pipeline d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de fragments a gran escala i vaig fer simulacions de din\u00e0mica molecular per estudiar mecanismes biomoleculars, combinant qu\u00edmica computacional, programaci\u00f3 i automatitzaci\u00f3. Aquest treball va refor\u00e7ar el meu inter\u00e8s per utilitzar simulacions per explorar el comportament de les prote\u00efnes i guiar el disseny racional de f\u00e0rmacs.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, s\u00f3c estudiant de doctorat en Qu\u00edmica Computacional a la Universitat de Barcelona, \u200b\u200bdins del grup de Qu\u00edmica Computacional en Biologia, Qu\u00edmica i Gastronomia (CBCG), sota la supervisi\u00f3 de la Prof. Carolina Estarellas i el Prof. Francisco Javier Luque. La meva investigaci\u00f3 es centra en la simulaci\u00f3 de la membrana interna de Mycobacterium tuberculosi i l&#8217;estudi dels mecanismes moleculars del complex NADH deshidrogenasa (Ndh) mitjan\u00e7ant din\u00e0mica molecular a nivell at\u00f2mic i de gra gruixut. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s dissenyar inhibidors competitius de Ndh com a possibles estrat\u00e8gies terap\u00e8utiques contra la tuberculosi.<\/p>\n<p>Fora de l&#8217;\u00e0mbit acad\u00e8mic, gaudeixo anant al gimn\u00e0s, jugant videojocs i aprenent noves maneres de combinar ci\u00e8ncia, programaci\u00f3 i creativitat.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
