(UB). Pr\u00e8viament, vaig realitzar el meu doctorat en Ci\u00e8ncies Qu\u00edmiques i Tecnologia a la Universitat de les Illes Balears, estudiant els efectes de la cooperativitat entre diferents interaccions no covalents, en particular les interaccions ani\u00f3-pi, mitjan\u00e7ant estudis computacionals i experimentals. El 2012, em vaig incorporar al grup del Prof. J. Sponer (Universitat Masaryk de la Rep\u00fablica Txeca), iniciant el meu per\u00edode postdoctoral. Vaig adquirir un coneixement profund en simulacions de din\u00e0mica molecular per a l&#8217;estudi de sistemes prote\u00efna-ARN. El 2013, em vaig unir al grup del Prof. Luque (UB) com a investigadora Juan de la Cierva. Vaig refor\u00e7ar la meva formaci\u00f3 en simulacions de din\u00e0mica molecular estudiant complexos prote\u00efna-lligant. Tamb\u00e9 vaig aplicar els meus coneixements de mec\u00e0nica qu\u00e0ntica a lestudi de reaccions qu\u00edmiques multicomponents. El 2018, em vaig unir al grup del Prof. Gervasio, primer com a bec\u00e0ria Marie Curie a la UCL (Londres, Regne Unit) i despr\u00e9s com a col\u00b7laboradora cient\u00edfica adjunta II a la Universitat de Ginebra, on vaig desenvolupar nous m\u00e8todes de metadin\u00e0mica i vaig estudiar cavitats cr\u00edptiques en prote\u00efnes. El 2021, em vaig incorporar a la Universitat de Barcelona com a professora titular, on vaig comen\u00e7ar a desenvolupar les meves l\u00ednies de recerca actuals.<\/p>\n<p>La meva recerca actual se centra en la comprensi\u00f3 de les relacions estructura-activitat (SAR) i com la din\u00e0mica conformacional dels sistemes biomacromoleculars afecta aquestes SAR mitjan\u00e7ant m\u00e8todes computacionals. Els nostres objectius estan principalment relacionats amb malalties cardiometab\u00f2liques, on els processos de plegament i agregaci\u00f3, la comunicaci\u00f3 de xarxes al\u00b7lost\u00e8riques i els mecanismes de reactivitat s\u00f3n components clau dels nostres projectes.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s, participo activament en activitats com les Jornades de Ci\u00e8ncia, la Sala d&#8217;Ensenyament i les Jornades de Portes Obertes, i he col\u00b7laborat en projectes de transfer\u00e8ncia de coneixement amb Repsol YPF per predir mol\u00e8cules que podrien potenciar els combustibles. Des del juliol del 2022 s\u00f3c assessor cient\u00edfic de Pharmacelera, una empresa dedicada al desenvolupament de programari computacional per a les primeres etapes del proc\u00e9s de descobriment de f\u00e0rmacs.<\/p>\n<p>Des de febrer de 2021, coordino els cursos de F\u00edsica i Fisicoqu\u00edmica, Bioinform\u00e0tica i Modelat Molecular, i T\u00e8cniques de Separaci\u00f3 i Identificaci\u00f3 a la UB. Tamb\u00e9 imparteixo assignatures de Disseny de F\u00e0rmacs al M\u00e0ster de Biomedicina (UB) i al M\u00e0ster Erasmus Mundus d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 i Regulaci\u00f3 Qu\u00edmica.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
