itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Em vaig graduar en Ci\u00e8ncia i Tecnologia dels Aliments a la Universitat de Barcelona (UB) el 2022. Durant el meu darrer any de la carrera i posteriorment per al meu TFG, vaig participar en un projecte centrat en l&#8217;estudi in silic del tur\u00f3 trimetilamina liasa (CutC), una prote\u00efna que vincula la microbiota amb les malalties cardiovasculars Gastronomia (CBCG) sota la supervisi\u00f3 de la Dra. Carolina Estarellas. Al llarg d&#8217;aquell any, vaig aprendre i fer estudis de din\u00e0mica molecular de la nostra prote\u00efna objectiu, cosa que em va introduir en el descobriment de f\u00e0rmacs i em va fer comprendre la seva import\u00e0ncia i impacte. Despr\u00e9s del grau, vaig fer un m\u00e0ster en Biomedicina a la UB per aprofundir els meus coneixements en sistemes biol\u00f2gics i descobriment de f\u00e0rmacs, alhora que millorava les habilitats de programaci\u00f3 que vaig adquirir durant el meu grau en Enginyeria Inform\u00e0tica a la Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya. Per al meu TFM, vaig continuar amb el projecte CutC sota la Dra. Carolina Estarellas, en qu\u00e8 vaig realitzar simulacions addicionals de din\u00e0mica molecular i modelat per homologia.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, s\u00f3c estudiant de tercer any de doctorat al programa de Biotecnologia de la UB. La meva recerca se centra a comprendre i dilucidar els mecanismes moleculars implicats en l&#8217;activitat de diferents prote\u00efnes relacionades amb malalties no transmissibles, com ara CutC i la prote\u00efna beta-amiloide, mitjan\u00e7ant simulacions de din\u00e0mica molecular i t\u00e8cniques de mostreig millorat.<\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3, algunes de les meves passions s\u00f3n la ci\u00e8ncia dels aliments, els idiomes, la bioqu\u00edmica i les arts gr\u00e0fiques.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
