Objective
Design and apply a methodology for calculating economic modules that determine the cost/hour of training per participant for each training action.
Methodology
1. Review the methodology used previously
2. Expand the information to the time period used
3. Find appropriate models (specification, estimation, validation thereof) based on the new available database
4. Fieldwork with groups involved
5. Analyze the composition of costs, the evolution of real costs with respect to the update rates, and perform a comparative analysis
