Objective Summarize the most significant characteristics of the evolution of tourism inBarcelona for 2014 Elaborate a document that compiles the main statistics and data related to the tourist activity of the city, in an orderly and systematized way to make an evolutionary analysis of the moment and trend. Contextualize the situation, to make a correct analysis of the data, as well as incorpórate other magnitudes, and study the global tourist momento and also within the geographical context of the city itself (Catalonia and Province). To work qualitative aspects such as specific and relevant events; or changes in the institutional, business or regulatory framework.
Methodology 1. Generic summary of the annual balance corresponding to the analyzed exercise and presentation of the aspects of context, both tourist and non-activity. 2. Brief analysis of the main data related to the city: population, economic indicators, climatology, transport and accessibility, and others. 3. Analysis of tourism activity in Barcelona: analysis of global demand data, access routes (Airport, Port and AVE), fair and congress activity, leisure-cultural activity, and international spending. 4. Analysis of the accommodation offer in Barcelona and the tourism demand in hotels 5. Survey of opinion of the people of Barcelona in relation to tourism activity. 6. Tourism in the Province of Barcelona. Summary of the main tourism data in the districts of Barcelona, ​​analyzing with special emphasis the interaction between the metropolis and the rest of the territory. 7. Summary of the most outstanding aspects at an evolutionary level or those that are occasionally relevant due to some extraordinary event
