Objective
To evaluate the Enfeina’t program, managed by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia (SOC). Specifically, the objectives are:
1. First, to analyze the implementation process of the program
2. Second, to design the specific methodology and proceed to evaluate the causal impacts of the program, in terms of job placement.

a) Comprehensive descriptive quantitative analysis of the information in the databases that characterize the program
