Objective
Evaluate the support program for young people under guardianship, managed by the ASJTET. Specifically, the aim is, firstly, to analyze the implementation process and, secondly, to design the methodology to carry out the evaluation of the causal impacts of the program in the future.
Methodology
a) Comprehensive descriptive quantitative analysis of the information in the databases that characterize the support program for ex-ward young people, both in terms of service coverage, resources used, activities and their alignment, as well as with respect to the results or impacts intermediate.
b) Carrying out field work with the groups involved in the program in order to complement the quantitative analysis of point a) with qualitative information that allows assessing the current and future context of the implementation of the program.
c) Development of the strategy and the necessary conditions for the preparation of an impact evaluation of the support program in the future to assess the existence of differential effects of the group of young ex-ward sheltered in the support program, compared to those not received.
