Objective

This study briefly reviews the concept of resilience and how it has been applied to the tourism sector. Resilience is understood as the ability to return to a state of balance. The tourism sector is particularly vulnerable to the existence of economic and political crises and natural disasters, so resilience strategies become survival tools, both in the short and long term, through adaptation and renewal policies in the face of harsh environments changing.

Methodology
