Throughout his professional career, he has been researching the technological, social and symbolic aspects of post-Paleolithic rock art of the Iberian Peninsula.<\/p>\n<p>During his MA studies at the University of Tr\u00e1s-os-Montes e Alto Douro (Portugal), he analyzed the typological and technical aspects of the Tagus Valley&#8217;s rock art engravings (2012). Afterwards, during his PhD at the University Rovira i Virgili (Spain), he developed extensive research on the\u00a0<em>cha\u00eene op\u00e9ratoire<\/em>\u00a0involved in the production of the Levantine rock art paintings (2019).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_2&#8243; _builder_version=\u00bb3.25&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb|||\u00bb custom_padding__hover=\u00bb|||\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.9.3&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Santos da Rosa also worked for many years in Brazil, collaborating with university institutions and participating in numerous archaeological projects and fieldworks in all regions of the country.<\/p>\n<p>He had a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the ARTSOUNDSCAPES Project, working on the characterization of the acoustic properties of rock art landscapes.
