Frente a este panorama, en esta conferencia se presentan los aspectos te\u00f3rico-metodol\u00f3gicos y los resultados de una investigaci\u00f3n centrada en la caracterizaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica y econ\u00f3mica de las cadenas operativas involucradas en el proceso de producci\u00f3n de las representaciones levantinas.
