The project focuses on early screening of language development disorders in newborns through a non-invasive EEG-based solution combined with data-driven analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of\u00a0ONAKids\u00a0is to\u00a0validate\u00a0the technology, define clinical and regulatory pathways, and prepare the project for spin-off as an independent startup within The Collider\u00a0program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a\u00a0<strong>Chief Operating Officer (COO)<\/strong>\u00a0to join\u00a0ONAKids\u00a0at a critical early stage. The COO will work closely with the scientific team and subsequently with its CEO to\u00a0<strong>translate research into a structured, executable\u00a0medtech\u00a0operation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This role is focused on\u00a0<strong>operations, execution, and coordination<\/strong>, not on sales or go-to-market leadership. The COO will ensure that clinical validation, regulatory processes, project planning, and operational workflows are executed efficiently and in line with\u00a0medtech\u00a0standards.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in\u00a0early-stage, regulated innovation environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the day-to-day operational execution of the\u00a0ONAKids\u00a0project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate strategic\u00a0objectives\u00a0defined by the ONAkids leaders into concrete operational plans and timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate internal workflows across research, clinical, regulatory, and external partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Clinical &amp; Regulatory Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and coordinate clinical validation studies in collaboration with hospitals and research partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage operational aspects of the medical device certification process (e.g.\u00a0MDR \/ CE marking), working with external consultants where needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, ethical, and quality requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project &amp; Process Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and\u00a0maintain\u00a0project management structures, milestones, and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the implementation of quality management and operational best practices appropriate for an\u00a0early-stage\u00a0medtech\u00a0venture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder Coordination<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a key operational interface between:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the scientific research team<\/li>\n<li>the CEO<\/li>\n<li>clinical partners and hospitals<\/li>\n<li>external regulatory, quality, or technical advisors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across all parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation for Spin-off<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the operational readiness of the project for spin-off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to building scalable internal processes that can grow with the company post-validation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required background<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in life sciences, engineering, healthcare, or\u00a0a related\u00a0field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in\u00a0<strong>operations, project management, or coordination roles<\/strong>\u00a0within\u00a0medtech, biotech, digital health, or regulated healthcare environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of\u00a0<strong>regulated product development<\/strong>\u00a0(medical devices, clinical validation, or similar).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (researchers, clinicians, engineers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in early-stage startups, tech transfer environments, or research-based innovation projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with quality systems, clinical study coordination, or regulatory documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with hospitals, research institutions, or public healthcare systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp;
