I am a pharmacist and scientist with a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, and I completed my postdoctoral training at the University of Texas Health Science Center, where I studied the neuronal mechanisms of hyperexcitability. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked at the intersection of science, medicine, and technology, driven by a strong commitment to addressing unmet patient needs.<\/p>\n
At Aparito, a medtech company later acquired by Eli Lilly, I led the development and clinical validation of digital biomarkers and outcome measures. Much of this work focused on pediatric rare diseases, in close collaboration with patient groups, academic researchers, and biotech companies. I have also coordinated large-scale European consortia, aligning diverse stakeholders\u2014including regulators, pharmaceutical companies, patient advocates, and academic partners\u2014around shared goals.<\/p>\n
