A closer look at the Executive MBA class of 2021-2022

The Business School at the Universitat of Barcelona welcomed 21 new students that joined this year the Executive MBA (EMBA). Most of them come from America (66%), and Europe (34%). Altogether, there are 11 nationalities represented on this class where the average age is 34 years old. A closer look at the MSc in International Business class of 2021-2022

The influence of employee representatives on negotiation process

The study “Increasing integrative negotiation in European organizations through trustworthiness and trust” confirmed that employee representatives (ERs), whose management perceives to be trustworthy, has a greater influence on negotiation, particularly regarding to integrative as opposed to distributive issues, and that trust partially mediates this relationship. New edition of ‘The UB in figures’ with the highlights of the year 2020/2021

The University of Barcelona climbs 15 places in the QS World University Rankings

The University of Barcelona has again improved its position in the prestigious QS World University Rankings. Our institution has been ranked the 168th best university in the world in the QS World University Rankings 2022 after climbing 15 places among more than 1,600 higher education institutions. Last year, it reached the 183rd position.
