The UB Business School, together with Mosaic HEC Montréal, will offer from June 23 to July 8, 2022, a 14th edition of the Summer School on Management of Creativity in an Innovation Society. The programme will take place onsite after 2 years in an online format due to the pandemic and will offer a striking activity schedule.

The Summer School gathers multiple disciplines such as Artificial Intelligence, healthcare, cultural and videogame industries, nutrition and gastronomy, as well as performing arts, visual arts, and many more. The diversity of its programme makes the Summer School a unique experience for participants to immerse themselves in different ecosystems in order to analyse innovation processes in a comparative way.

The programme also enables participants to meet renowned creators, professors and creative managers in a privileged way, during events or conferences. For example, Antoni Trilla (Dean, Faculty of Medicine, UB); Philip Stanton (Philip Stanton Studio); Natalia Olson Urtecho (Director of Government, Plug and Play Tech Centre and CEO, The Disruptive Factory); Simon Lee (CEO, Península); Cecilia Tham (Co-Founder and CEO, The Store of Future Things, MOB); and professors Montserrat Pareja-Eastaway, and Manuel González-Piñero.

Another highlight of the programme is that the different Summer School activities are held at unique venues in the city of Barcelona, such as the Fundació Miró, the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Arts (MACBA), the UNESCO World Heritage Site Hospital de Sant Pau, the Historic Building of the University of Barcelona, and Ca l’Alier – Urban Innovation Centre. At the end of the Summer School, participants become part of an international community of creative and innovative leaders.
