Variables determinantes de la satisfacción laboral en España

This paper attempts to analyze the possible links between wages, different kinds of intangible assets and job satisfaction in an organizational context. For this purpose, it includes, on the one hand, an analysis of the scientific literature to clarify the key concepts of the study and the variables determining job satisfaction and, on the other hand, an empirical analysis based on the Survey of Quality of Life at Work carried out with Spanish employees in 2010.
