The Chair will allow us to create a space to support and promote feminist and gender studies and to spread and share this knowledge with society.

Degree in Physics and a PhD in Nanosciences. Professor of the Department of Electronic and Biomedical Engineering of the UB’s Faculty of Physics. President of the Equality Commission of the Faculty of Physics of the UB. Former president of the Association of Women Researchers and Technologists of Catalonia. Awarded the Encarna Sanahuja recognition of excellence for her achievements in integrating the gender perspective into universitry teaching in 2020.
Holds a degree and a PhD in Philosophy. Associate professor in Moral and Political Philosophy at the University of Barcelona. She was the Delegate of the Rector for Equality. In addition, she is a member of the Philosophy and Gender seminar at the Women in Pragmatism Network.
Qualified nurse with a degree and a PhD in Social and Cultural Anthropology. Associate Professor in Medical-Surgical Nursing at the UB. President of the Equality Commission of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. Founding member of the Abuse and Health Commission of the COIB and the Intrafamilial and Gender Violence Commission at Hospital Clínic, Barcelona.
Is a professor and researcher in the Department of Social Psychology and Quantitative Psychology. She teaches with a gender perspective in both the Psychology degree and the Master's in Psychosocial Intervention and the Master's in Women's, Gender and Citizenship Studies, where she teaches on patriarchal violence. She is part of the Invictus research group, and conducts research on patriarchal violence.
Is a teacher and researcher in Didactics of History and other Social Sciences with a gender perspective at the Faculty of Education of the University of Barcelona. She is a professor in the Department of Applied Didactics, and is part of the Dhigecs-Com teaching research and innovation group.
