N\u00faria LLorca Isern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Professora Titular d&#8217;Universitat de la Secci\u00f3 de Ci\u00e8ncia i Enginyeria de Materials del Departament de Ci\u00e8ncia de Materials i Qu\u00edmica F\u00edsica de la Facultat de Qu\u00edmica. Les l\u00ednies de recerca principals en els darrers cinc anys han estat enfocades a la millora de processos industrials des del punt de vista mediambiental, per aquest motiu s\u2019han convertit processos i metodologies convencionals a sistemes adaptats amb criteris de sostenibilitat. Especialista en processos de modificaci\u00f3 superficial qu\u00edmics i termomec\u00e0nics, en nanostructuraci\u00f3 de materials (per processos d\u2019estrat\u00e8gia top-bottom), en s\u00edntesi jerarquitzada i en pulvimetal\u00b7l\u00fargia. Tamb\u00e9 amb experi\u00e8ncia en transfer\u00e8ncia i assessorament industrial nacional i internacional. Directora de dos Doctorats industrials, un d\u2019ells en el marc del pla pilot, i un tercer doctorat vinculat a projecte industrial. Ha publicat tres llibres i molts articles a revistes cient\u00edfiques en el camp de la metal\u00b7l\u00fargia, la metal\u00b7l\u00fargia extractiva i l\u2019enginyeria metal\u00b7l\u00fargica i tamb\u00e9 ha participat amb nombroses pon\u00e8ncies a congressos a diferents llocs d\u2019Europa i Am\u00e8rica. La seva recerca se centra en el desenvolupament de micro i nanoestructures, generant superf\u00edcies superhidrof\u00f2biques i estudiant les seves aplicacions en resist\u00e8ncia a la corrosi\u00f3, durabilitat, eliminaci\u00f3 d&#8217;olis immiscibles i les seves emulsions d&#8217;aigua, aix\u00ed com la separaci\u00f3 de micropl\u00e0stics. A m\u00e9s, investiga les propietats ambientals dels aliatges d\u2019alta entropia (High Entropy Alloys, HEA) i processos de Metal\u00b7l\u00fargia Extractiva, enfocant-se principalment en processos hidrometal\u00b7l\u00fargics per a la recuperaci\u00f3 de metalls d&#8217;inter\u00e8s tecnol\u00f2gic i l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques. En els \u00faltims anys, Dr. Rius Ayra ha incorporat els processos d\u2019impressi\u00f3 3D de metalls en les l\u00ednies de recerca del grup CPCM, combinant aplicacions ambientals amb impressi\u00f3 3D i el r\u00e0pid prototipatge. Imparteix classes en diferents graus, com ara els Graus d\u2019Enginyeria de Materials, Qu\u00edmica, Enginyeria Qu\u00edmica, el Grau de F\u00edsica, i el M\u00e0ster de Qu\u00edmica de Materials Aplicada. Tamb\u00e9 ha estat tutor de treballs finals de grau i de m\u00e0ster en els ensenyaments on participa. Alisiya Biserova Tahchieva<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Graduada en Enginyeria de Materials (2016), M\u00e0ster en Nanoci\u00e8ncia i Nanotecnologia (2017) i Doctora en Enginyeria i Ci\u00e8ncia Aplicada (2021). La seva recerca est\u00e0 relacionada amb l&#8217;estudi i an\u00e0lisi dels acers inoxidables, especialment dels acers inoxidables d\u00faplex, realitzant diferents tractaments t\u00e8rmics i deformacions pl\u00e0stiques severes. S&#8217;ocupa de la caracteritzaci\u00f3 dels materials, emprant t\u00e8cniques avan\u00e7ades i d&#8217;alta resoluci\u00f3 com \u00e9s el microscopi electr\u00f2nic de transmissi\u00f3. Actualment, gaudeix d&#8217;un ajut postdoctoral Margarita Salas per a joves investigadors doctors al grup PROCOMAME-UPC duent la seva recerca en el camp de la caracterizaci\u00f3 microestructural avan\u00e7ada de materials obtinguts per impressi\u00f3 3D. Actualment, est\u00e0 cursant el Doctorat en Enginyeria i Ci\u00e8ncies Aplicades a la Universitat de Barcelona amb una beca del FI-SDUR (AGAUR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Va unir-se al grup de recerca CPCM durant el m\u00e0ster, involucrat en recerca relacionada amb nanomaterials, centrant-se en la recerca sobre la superf\u00edcie i la caracteritzaci\u00f3 de materials metalls, incloent l\u2019\u00fas de tecnologia d\u2019impresi\u00f3 3D per preparar materials de base coure i analitzar la seva superf\u00edcie. Tamb\u00e9 ha estat professora associada del Departament de Ci\u00e8ncia de Materials i Qu\u00edmica f\u00edsica. Aix\u00ed mateix, ha estudiat les propietats i la microestructura dels acers d\u00faplex sota diverses condicions. La seva tesi doctoral es focalitz\u00e0 en el camp de la pulvimetal\u00b7l\u00fargia, sintetitzant i analitzant la microestructura i propietats dels aliatges d\u2019alta entropia o High Entropy Alloys (HEA).
