La bioimpressi\u00f3 3D \u00e9s una t\u00e8cnica d&#8217;\u00faltima generaci\u00f3 i una eina prometedora per al desenvolupament de models cerebrals a causa de la deposici\u00f3 r\u00e0pida i controlada de materials i c\u00e8l\u00b7lules. Tanmateix, pot ser dif\u00edcil trobar un biomaterial que permeti i imiti la diferenciaci\u00f3 neuronal i que al mateix temps sigui compatible amb la bioimpressi\u00f3 3D per generar les estructures correctes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquest treball, els investigadors han desenvolupat una biotinta a base d&#8217;\u00e0cid hialur\u00f2nic, un polisac\u00e0rid natural present al teixit cerebral, i l\u2019han comparat amb una biotinta d&#8217;\u00fas habitual per avaluar si la inclusi\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0cid hialur\u00f2nic pot millorar el cultiu i la diferenciaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules neuroprogenitores. Els resultats han mostrat que la biotinta basada en \u00e0cid hialur\u00f2nic presenta propietats f\u00edsiques prometedores similars al teixit cerebral, una gran absorci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua, baixa rigidesa i degradaci\u00f3 lenta, al mateix temps la biotinta permet la impressi\u00f3 d&#8217;una estructura definida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal destacar que l&#8217;addici\u00f3 d&#8217;\u00e0cid hialur\u00f2nic a la biotinta millora significativament la diferenciaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules en neurones i tamb\u00e9 augmenta la formaci\u00f3 de xarxes cel\u00b7lulars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els investigadors creuen que aquesta biotinta optimitzada, la qual permet una millor diferenciaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3 de xarxes, t\u00e9 el potencial de ser utilitzada en el desenvolupament de teixits neuronals d&#8217;impressi\u00f3 3D i podria conduir a models m\u00e9s precisos i efectius per estudiar trastorns neurol\u00f2gics i desenvolupar nous tractaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Llegeix l&#8217;article complet aqu\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pereira I., Lopez-Martinez M.J., Villasante A., Introna\u00a0C., Tornero D., Canals J.M. and Samitier\u00a0J.\u00a0(2023), <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/36937768\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hyaluronic acid-based bioink improves the differentiation and network formation of neural progenitor cells<\/a>.
