{"id":3941,"date":"2024-09-18T07:53:57","date_gmt":"2024-09-18T07:53:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/creatio\/?post_type=actualitat&#038;p=3941"},"modified":"2024-09-18T07:54:01","modified_gmt":"2024-09-18T07:54:01","slug":"4d-bioskin","status":"publish","type":"actualitat","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/creatio\/actualitat\/4d-bioskin\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte 4D-Bioskin (Ter\u00e0pies Avan\u00e7ades)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul>\n<li>Aquest projecte de medicina personalitzada i regenerativa dur\u00e0 a terme el primer assaig cl\u00ednic a Espanya per tractar cremades i ferides cut\u00e0nies amb substituts aut\u00f2legs de pell humana bioimpressa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El consorci, integrat per entitats p\u00fabliques i privades, ha rebut un ajut de 684.822,88 euros en el marc de la convocat\u00f2ria de projectes de Col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 P\u00fablicoprivada de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Estatal de Recerca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El projecte 4D-Bioskin \u2013 <em>Estrat\u00e8gies per a la validaci\u00f3 i escalat de la producci\u00f3 de pell bioimpressa per a aplicacions m\u00e8diques<\/em> \u2013 abasta el desenvolupament i la translaci\u00f3 de la fabricaci\u00f3 de teixits cutanis aut\u00f2legs per a la pr\u00e0ctica cl\u00ednica. Segons dades de l\u2019Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS), les cremades causen al voltant de 180.000 morts anualment. A m\u00e9s, els casos no mortals estan estretament relacionats amb episodis infecciosos, hospitalitzacions prolongades o traumes psicol\u00f2gics. Durant els tres anys que dura el projecte, un equip multidisciplinari format per cl\u00ednics, investigadors biom\u00e8dics, enginyers biom\u00e8dics i experts del sector farmac\u00e8utic i industrial de set institucions p\u00fabliques i privades, treballar\u00e0 conjuntament per desenvolupar aquest innovadora alternativa terap\u00e8utica. El consorci desenvolupador del projecte est\u00e0 coordinat per l\u2019empresa d\u2019enginyeria biom\u00e8dica <a href=\"https:\/\/biorem.cat\/\">Biorem<\/a>, i tamb\u00e9 inclou entitats p\u00fabliques \u2013 la <a href=\"https:\/\/web.ub.edu\/en\/home\">Universitat de Barcelona<\/a> (UB), el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imib.es\/\">IMIB<\/a> a trav\u00e9s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffis.es\/\">Fundaci\u00f3 per la Formaci\u00f3 i Recerca Sanit\u00e0ries (FFIS) de la Regi\u00f3 de M\u00farcia<\/a> i el <a href=\"https:\/\/vhir.vallhebron.com\/ca\">Vall d\u2019Hebron Institut de Recerca<\/a> (VHIR) \u2013 i altres empreses privades \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/reigjofre.com\/es\/\">Laboratori Reig Jofre SA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/peaches.es\/\">Peaches Biotech SL<\/a> i Biocrosmo SL. \u201cEl projecte 4D-Bioskin \u00e9s la llavor a la recerca, desenvolupament i desenvolupament industrial de ter\u00e0pies innovadores d\u2019enginyeria de teixits que potenciar\u00e0 l\u2019economia de l\u2019Estat Espanyol i el reconeixement i el lideratge biom\u00e8dic d\u2019Espanya a nivell internacional\u201d, explica el Dr. Josep M. Canals, director de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/creatio\/\">Creatio, el Centre per a la Producci\u00f3 i Validaci\u00f3 de Ter\u00e0pies Avan\u00e7ades de la Universitat de Barcelona<\/a>, i catedr\u00e0tic de la Facultat de Medicina i Ci\u00e8ncies de la Salut de la UB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del projecte \u00e9s perfeccionar la cadena de valor de la biofabricaci\u00f3 de teixits bioimpressos 3D a trav\u00e9s de la validaci\u00f3, l\u2019escalat de la producci\u00f3 i la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de substituts de pell aut\u00f2legs. Com a prova de concepte del producte, es realitzar\u00e0 un assaig cl\u00ednic en les instal\u00b7lacions de l\u2019Hospital Universitari Vall d\u2019Hebron \u2013 VHIR i de l\u2019Hospital Cl\u00ednic Universitari Verge de l\u2019Arrixaca \u2013 FFIS en pacients pedi\u00e0trics afectats per cremades, als quals s\u2019implantaran substituts de pell aut\u00f2legs que es generaran durant el projecte a partir de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules dels mateixos pacients integrades en una matriu de col\u00b7lagen i cobertes per una segona capa de c\u00e8l\u00b7lules de la pell. Aquesta \u201cpell artificial\u201d, es fabricar\u00e0 amb l\u2019\u00fanica bioimpressora 3D certificada a Espanya per a la fabricaci\u00f3 de productes bioimpressos d\u2019\u00fas cl\u00ednic, ubicada a les instal\u00b7lacions del Creatio, a la Universitat de Barcelona.
