Professor Serra Húnter in the Department of Library Science, Documentation and Audiovisual Communication at the University of Barcelona. PhD from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in the field of Multimedia Engineering. Researcher and coordinator in international research projects financed by the European Union. His research interests include UX/UI design, UX research, game studies, game-based learning, gamification, technology-enhanced learning, serious games, and video game and interaction design. She currently serves as an ambassador for Women in Games and is co-founder of DIGRA (Digital Games Research Association) in Mexico.
He has conducted research stays at New York University (USA), LINKS Foundation-Politecnico di Torino (Italy), and the University of Campinas (Brazil), among others. She has been external evaluator for the Portuguese Evaluation and Accreditation Agency (A3ES), evaluator for the Spanish Innovation Certification Agency (ACIE) and the Spanish State Research Agency (AEI).
