The conference brought together leading experts to discuss the impact of screens on the mental health of young people and their relationship with the digital environment. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Round table with experts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meeting included a round table discussion with the participation of specialists from various fields:<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Bassa<\/strong>, journalist and director of the Documentary Department of Television de Catalonia (3Cat).<\/p>\n<p><strong>David Bueno<\/strong>, professor, researcher and founder of the Chair of Neuroeducation at the UB.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joan Colom<\/strong>, Deputy Director General of Addictions of the Department of Health of the Generalitat de Catalonia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marina Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, associate professor at Abat Oliba University and spokesperson for the &#8220;Adolesc\u00e8ncia lliure de m\u00f2bils&#8221; movement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marc Masip<\/strong>, member of the Board of Directors of the Digital Transformation Advisory Council of the Community of Madrid and Private Schools of Catalonia.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussion, key issues such as the impact of social networks on mental health, overexposure to screens and the role of education in managing digital use were addressed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jo, Pantalla Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of the event, the awards ceremony of the &#8220;Jo, pantalla&#8221; contest was held, aimed at the UB student community.
