La jornada reuni\u00f3 a destacados expertos para debatir sobre el impacto de las pantallas en la salud mental de los j\u00f3venes y su relaci\u00f3n con el entorno digital.<\/p><p><strong>Mesa redonda con expertos<\/strong><\/p><p>El encuentro cont\u00f3 con una mesa redonda en la que participaron especialistas de diversos \u00e1mbitos:<\/p><p><strong>David Bassa<\/strong>, periodista y director del Departamento de Documentales de Televisi\u00f3n de Catalu\u00f1a (3Cat).<\/p><p><strong>David Bueno<\/strong>, profesor, investigador y fundador de la C\u00e1tedra de Neuroeducaci\u00f3n de la UB.<\/p><p><strong>Joan Colom<\/strong>, subdirector general de adicciones del Departamento de Salud de la Generalidad de Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p><p><strong>Marina Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, profesora adjunta de la Universidad Abat Oliba y portavoz del movimiento \u201cAdolescencia libre de m\u00f3viles\u201d.<\/p><p><strong>Marc Masip<\/strong>, miembro de la Junta Directiva del Consejo Asesor de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital de la Comunidad de Madrid y de Escuelas Privadas de Catalu\u00f1a.<\/p><p>Durante el debate, se abordaron cuestiones clave como el impacto de las redes sociales en la salud mental, la sobreexposici\u00f3n a las pantallas y el papel de la educaci\u00f3n en la gesti\u00f3n del uso digital.<\/p><p><strong>Premios \u201cJo, pantalla\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Como parte del evento, se celebr\u00f3 la entrega de premios del concurso \u201cJo, pantalla\u201d, dirigido a la comunidad estudiantil de la UB.
