Between May 21 and 28, 2025, the Faculty of Law at the University of Barcelona will host a visit from Professor Samuel Moyn, “Chancellor Kent” Professor of Law and History at Yale University. Moyn is a renowned historian of human rights, known for his innovative and pioneering work that challenges deeply entrenched assumptions. In his latest book, Liberalism against Itself: Cold War Intellectuals and the Making of Our Times, he examines the transformations in liberal political thought during the Cold War.
