My academic activities at the University started in 1998 when I joined the Department of Social Psychology and undertook my academic and research career.
I am part of PsicoSao Research Group headed by Dr. Enric Pol and Urrutia and I am Lecturer in the same department.
I have directed, coordinated and I am co-author of the project 'Mediation in the field of health' in the White Paper on Mediation of Catalonia. I have also directed other projects such as 'Mediation as a tool for conflict management in the field of autonomous and dependent people' and 'Medimayor' financed by 'Imserso'.
I am currently Lecturer of the Department of Social Psychology (UB). Master in Occupational Risk Prevention, specialized in Psychology and Ergonomics. Trainer in mediation and conflict management. In Psychology I coordinate and impart the subject of 'Psychology of Conflict, Negotiation and Mediation'. In Labor Relations, 'Negotiation Techniques and Conflict'. I am also the Academic Coordinator of the Master of Conflict Mediation of the University of Barcelona.
I have also directed the graduate degree 'Interventions in Conflict Situations in Educational Institutions' (IL3). I have been member of the commission of evaluation of teaching at the University of Barcelona (CADUB) from 2010 to 2014.
I have published over twenty scientific papers and disclosure science essays and numerous book chapters.
