Objectives and admission

Learning objectives:
-To acquire a 360° vision of the role of human resources within organizations.
- Understand how the role of human resources has evolved given that it is an active agent of change and that it must play an important role in business strategies (business partner).
- Be capable of understanding business strategies and proposing an organizational structure for a human resources department, considering the areas that should be covered.
- Learn what a dashboard is and what it is used for in human resources.
- Understand the importance of the employment relations system in business strategy. Learn to use specific tools for the effective management of employment disputes.
- Understand the real impact of culture on organizations, and learn how to construct culture.
- To learn to manage diversity and inclusion at all levels and in all areas of activity of the organization.
- To learn to enhance the employee experience through the concept of the employee journey, promoting greater involvement and commitment.
- Learn to integrate human resources practices for effective talent attraction, development and retention.
- Know what emotional intelligence is and how to apply it in professional environments.
- To know and understand coaching as a tool for developing and managing talent.
- To create your own set of tools and abilities, focusing on emotional intelligence and coaching as instruments for change and improvement of the organization.
- To develop the own soft skills for human resources management and implement the necessary strategies to be able to lead, develop and motivate teams of people.

Recommended applicant profiles and admission requirements:
- Human resources professionals who have some training related to this field, such as Psychology, Sociology, Labour Relations, Labour Law or Business Administration, with a minimum of one year's work experience in the field, and who are interested in developing professionally in the direction and management of human resources and their various areas: acquiring and developing talent, labour relations, training, internal communication, compensation, etc.
- Professionals in the field of HR, who, if they do not hold an academic degree related to the subject, will have to prove a minimum of two years of experience in HR departments.
- In any case, the master's degree management may carry out a selection process, for which candidates must submit an updated curriculum vitae. And the master's degree management may conduct a personal interview with the candidate (applicants should attach a letter of recommendation).

Admission for applicants not holding a degree qualification:
Students who are not university graduates may be admitted on these courses. These students will be eligible for a university extension course certificate.Information regarding the entry requirements in this case can be obtained from the course coordinators.
