Through engaging activities, educational resources, and collaborative events, we aim to make science accessible and inspiring for all ages and backgrounds. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recent activities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our members Pedro Calleja, Marina N\u00fa\u00f1ez, and Oriol Tejada were awarded as a part of a consortium formed by the research institutes Institut de Recerca Barcelona Economic Analysis Team (BEAT), Institut de Matem\u00e0tiques de la Universitat de Barcelona (IMUB), Institut de Recerca en Economia Aplicada (IREA) and Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science to organize a scientific event on <strong>the role of artificial intelligence in research in the fields of economics and mathematics<\/strong>. This initiative was built around three key thematic pillars:&nbsp;<strong>game theory<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>finance<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was held at the&nbsp;<strong>Sala de Graus&nbsp;<\/strong>of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Barcelona on April 17, 2026.
