Mar\u00eda Gabriela Navas Perrone, es arquitecta y doctora en Antropolog\u00eda Social por la Universitat de Barcelona. Su principal l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n explora la interdisciplinariedad entre la arquitectura y la etnograf\u00eda para estudiar la producci\u00f3n del espacio urbano. Desde esta perspectiva, coordina el Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n en Antropolog\u00eda y Arquitectura (GRANAR) del Instituto Catal\u00e1n de Antropolog\u00eda (ICA). Gabriela tambi\u00e9n es miembro del \u00abObservatorio de Antropolog\u00eda del Conflicto Urbano\u00bb (OACU), y del \u00abGrupo de Investigaci\u00f3n sobre Control y Exclusi\u00f3n Social\u00bb (GRECS) de la Universidad de Barcelona. Es presidenta y socia fundadora de la asociaci\u00f3n ANTIARQ, en donde ha coordinado diversas actividades de formaci\u00f3n que exploran la dimensi\u00f3n humana de las ciudades. Ha colaborado como miembro del equipo de investigaci\u00f3n en el proyecto de I+D \u00abMOVER. Movilidades desbordadas: Un estudio comparativo de las nuevas movilidades urbanas\u00bb. En la actualidad, dirige el curso de postgrado \u00abAntropolog\u00eda y Arquitectura. La vida social del entorno construido\u00bb impartido por la Universidad de Barcelona y es investigadora postdoctoral en el Departamento de Historia y Arqueolog\u00eda de la misma universidad, para el proyecto europeo Curbatheri-Deep Cities.
\nHa participado en proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n que abordan la econom\u00eda pol\u00edtica de la producci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica, los impactos sociales de las transformaciones urbanas, el urbanismo con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y, recientemente, cuestiones de patrimonio y movilidades urbanas en ciudades post-pandemia.\n<\/p>\n

Mar\u00eda Gabriela Navas Perrone, is an architect and holds a PhD in Social Anthropology by University of Barcelona. Her main line of research explores the interdisciplinary approach between architecture and ethnography to study the production of urban space. From this perspective, she is the coordinator of the \u201cResearch Group in Anthropology and Architecture\u201d (GRANAR) of the Catalan Institute of Anthropology (ICA). Gabriela is also member of the \u201cObservatory of Anthropology of Urban Conflict\u201d (OACU), and of the \u201cResearch Group on Control and Social Exclusion\u201d (GRECS) of the University of Barcelona. Is the president and founding partner of the association ANTIARQ, where has coordinated various training activities that explore the human dimension of cities. She has collaborated as member of the research team in the I+D \u201cMOVER. Overflowing mobilities: A comparative study of new urban mobilities\u201d. At present, she leads the postgraduate course \u201cAnthropology and Architecture. The social life of the built environment\u201d offered by the University of Barcelona, and is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of History and Archaeology of the same university, for the European project Curbatheri-Deep Cities.
\nEventually, she has participated in research projects that address the political economy of architectural production, the social impacts of urban transformations, urbanism with a gender perspective, and recently, issues of heritage and urban mobilities in post-pandemic cities.\n<\/p>\n
