_module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Vint anys de projectes sobre el patrimoni arquitect\u00f2nic, urb\u00e0 i paisatg\u00edstic a \u00c0frica s\u00f3n sens dubte tamb\u00e9, anys de molts fracassos, alguns encerts i d\u2019infinitat d\u2019aprenentatges vinculats amb el patrimoni material i immaterial.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Tots els projectes han tingut com a objectiu fonamental fomentar l\u2019intercanvi de coneixements i experi\u00e8ncies, potenciant les diferents capacitats de grups de professionals interdisciplinaris, dirigits a la recerca, intervenci\u00f3 en el patrimoni, regeneraci\u00f3 d\u2019espais urbans i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3 del patrimoni espec\u00edfic de cada regi\u00f3 i dels patrimonis compartits.\u00a0 Els protocols d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 i treball han incorporat a cadascun d\u2019ells el di\u00e0leg intercultural, generacional i de g\u00e8nere, amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019integrar diferents sensibilitats en un nou model de governan\u00e7a participativa.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Veinte a\u00f1os de proyectos sobre el patrimonio arquitect\u00f3nico, urbano y paisaj\u00edstico en \u00c1frica son sin duda tambi\u00e9n, a\u00f1os de muchos fracasos, algunos aciertos y de infinidad de aprendizajes vinculados con el patrimonio material e inmaterial.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Todos los proyectos han tenido como objetivo fundamental fomentar el intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias, potenciando las diferentes capacidades de grupos de profesionales interdisciplinares, dirigidos a la investigaci\u00f3n, intervenci\u00f3n en el patrimonio, regeneraci\u00f3n de espacios urbanos y sensibilizaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n del patrimonio espec\u00edfico de cada regi\u00f3n y de los patrimonios compartidos.\u00a0 Los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n y trabajo han incorporado a cada uno de ellos el di\u00e1logo intercultural, generacional y de g\u00e9nero, con el objetivo de integrar diferentes sensibilidades en un nuevo modelo de gobernanza participativa.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Twenty years of projects on the architectural, urban and landscape heritage in Africa are undoubtedly also years of many failures, some successes and plenty of learning linked to tangible and intangible heritage.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>All the projects have aimed to promote the exchange of knowledge and experiences, strengthening the different capacities of groups of interdisciplinary professionals, focused on research, intervention in heritage, regeneration of urban spaces and awareness-raising and dissemination of the unique heritage of each region and shared heritage.\u00a0 The protocols of actions and work have included the intercultural, generational and gender dialogue in each of them, with the aim of integrating different sensibilities in a new model of participatory governance.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; Des de fa m\u00e9s d\u2019un segle, en bona part de l\u2019entorn mediterrani comptem amb normatives m\u00e9s o menys espec\u00edfiques que ens dicten qu\u00e8 fer amb l\u2019arqueologia. Aquesta tradici\u00f3 ha marcat l\u2019esdevenir de la pr\u00e0ctica arqueol\u00f2gica a trav\u00e9s de tot el proc\u00e9s de recerca-gesti\u00f3. Cada Estat, fins i tot cada regi\u00f3, ha anat seguint el seu propi cam\u00ed fins a desenvolupar els models actuals, on diferents agents prenen part d\u2019un proc\u00e9s que en realitat no est\u00e0 tan ben definit.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Amb la implementaci\u00f3 del projecte actual\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubarchmed.tdjp.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pubarchmed.tdjp.es<\/a>, es va prendre la determinaci\u00f3 de definir els models a trav\u00e9s de les diferents perspectives dels agents involucrats. En total, dotzenes de professionals de diferents \u00e0mbits entorn de l\u2019arqueologia, dibuixant una imatge borrosa de la realitat, plena de contradiccions i llacunes que posen de manifest les manques i conflictes de la nostra professi\u00f3 i com repercuteixen en la gesti\u00f3 del patrimoni arqueol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta presentaci\u00f3 aprofundir\u00e0 en l\u2019objectiu del projecte, la seva metodologia i filosofia de treball, aix\u00ed com en alguns resultats preliminars que posin sobre la taula la necessitat d\u2019una lectura cr\u00edtica de la gesti\u00f3 del patrimoni arqueol\u00f2gic i la seva ordenaci\u00f3. Desde hace m\u00e1s de un siglo en buena parte del entorno mediterr\u00e1neo, contamos con normativas m\u00e1s o menos espec\u00edficas que nos dictan qu\u00e9 hacer con la arqueolog\u00eda. Esta tradici\u00f3n ha marcado el devenir de la pr\u00e1ctica arqueol\u00f3gica a trav\u00e9s de todo el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n-gesti\u00f3n. Cada Estado, incluso cada regi\u00f3n, ha ido siguiendo su propio camino hasta desarrollar los modelos actuales, donde diferentes agentes toman parte de un proceso que en realidad no est\u00e1 tan bien definido.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Con la implementaci\u00f3n del proyecto actual\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubarchmed.tdjp.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pubarchmed.tdjp.es<\/a>, tom\u00e9 la determinaci\u00f3n de definir los modelos a trav\u00e9s de las diferentes perspectivas de los agentes involucrados. For more than a century, the Mediterranean context has counted with more or less specific laws that have dictated what to do with archeology. This tradition has marked the development of archaeological practice throughout the research-management process. Each state, even each region, has been following its own path so as to develop the current models, where different actors take part in a process that is not\u00a0 defined with precision.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>With the implementation of the project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubarchmed.tdjp.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pubarchmed.tdjp.es<\/a>, I took the decision to define these models through the different views of the actors involved. In total, dozens of professionals from the different realms of archeology took part. They draw a blurred picture of reality, a picture full of contradictions and gaps that highlighted the shortcomings and conflicts of our profession and, also, their impact on the management of archaeological heritage.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>This presentation will delve into the goals of the project, its methodology and work philosophy, as well as on some preliminary results that highlight the need for a critical reading of both the management and organization of archaeological heritage. Furthermore, among the results of the project,\u00a0 I will speak about the contradiction between social interests and social participation. The aim of this talk is to identify the conditions that can push for a model of cooperation between communities and institutions for defining and valuing urban heritage. In a brief introduction, Leslie will tell us about what she has learned and understood through her empirical experience with indigenous peoples in Australia and South Africa. These experiences and constant learning have influenced what she now proposes to do in Mexico; not only in terms of archaeological research but also to reflect on how the academic results might nourish the collective reality of the ayuujk people. Per a garantir els valors de les societats en els llocs del patrimoni arqueol\u00f2gic, els administradors dels llocs s\u00f3n els responsables d\u2019elaborar pol\u00edtiques de gesti\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 dels recursos disponibles en el lloc.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Quant la participaci\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 local en els jaciments arqueol\u00f2gics, es plantegen diverses q\u00fcestions. Es tracta, entre altres coses, de preguntar-se si \u00e9s important saber quin \u00e9s el significat que la gent atribueix al lloc arqueol\u00f2gic i quins factors influeixen en el grau de participaci\u00f3 de les poblacions locals en el proc\u00e9s de gesti\u00f3. Tamb\u00e9 intentar\u00e9 respondre a la pregunta de qui ha de participar en el proc\u00e9s i quines s\u00f3n les necessitats i els beneficis per a la poblaci\u00f3 local. Finalment, tractar\u00e9 de respondre com interactuen les comunitats dins dels espais arqueol\u00f2gics i com es relacionen amb els altres actors clau.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta conversa es respondran les preguntes abans esmentades a trav\u00e9s de la meva experi\u00e8ncia en dos llocs arqueol\u00f2gics diferents, inscrits com a Patrimoni Mundial a Egipte. El primer \u00e9s el denominat Complex Religi\u00f3s que \u00e9s part del lloc hist\u00f2ric del Patrimoni Mundial del Caire a Egipte. El segon lloc \u00e9s l\u2019Illa de Elefantina d\u2019Assuan, que es troba en el costat oposat de la ciutat d\u2019Assuan, en el riu Nil, en l\u2019Alt Egipte, a uns 885 km al sud del Caire i a 231 km d\u2019Abu Simbel. Se trata, entre otras cosas, de preguntarse si es importante saber cu\u00e1l es el significado que la gente atribuye al sitio arqueol\u00f3gico y qu\u00e9 factores influyen en el grado de participaci\u00f3n de las poblaciones locales en el proceso de gesti\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n intentar\u00e9 responder a la pregunta de qui\u00e9n debe participar en el proceso y cu\u00e1les son las necesidades y los beneficios para la poblaci\u00f3n local. To ensure the values for societies in the archaeological heritage sites, site managers have the responsibility to develop management policies according to the available resources of the site.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>Various questions are raised up when it comes to the involvement of the local population in the archaeological sites. These include to question whether it is important to know what is the meaning people attach to the archaeological site, and what factors are effecting the degree of involvement of local populations in the management process. I will also try to answer to the question of who should be involvement in the process and what are the needs and benefits for the locals. Finally I will try to answer how communities interact within the archaeological sites and how they interact with the other key stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.8.1&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb]<\/p>\n<p>In this converse the above-mentioned questions will be answered. In addition I will explain through my experience in two different archaeological sites in Egypt which are parts of World Heritage Sites. The first one is the so called Religion Complex which is part of Historic Cairo World Heritage Site in Egypt. In it there are archaeological monuments representing three different religions side by side : Islam with the first mosque built in Egypt, Christianism with seven Coptic monuments and Judaism with the Synagogue of Ben Ezra. The second site is the Elephantine Island in Aswan, which is located on the opposite side of the city of Aswan in the river Nile in Upper Egypt about 885 km south from Cairo and 231 km from Abu Simbel. Nowadays Elephantine Island combines two Nubian villages: Koti and Siou.
