{"id":187,"date":"2025-01-13T19:23:56","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T18:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/?page_id=187"},"modified":"2025-03-28T12:07:02","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T11:07:02","slug":"o-gedis-u-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/bs\/o-gedis-u-2\/","title":{"rendered":"O GEDIS projektu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Projekat GEDIS (<em>Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education<\/em>) inovativna je inicijativa programa Erasmus+ koja okuplja raznoliki konzorcij univerziteta \u0161irom Evrope s ciljem promocije rodne raznolikosti i ravnopravnosti u oblasti bibliotekarstva i informacionih nauka (<em>Library and Information Science \u2013 LIS<\/em>).<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Erasmus+ stranica projekta:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/projects\/search\/details\/2024-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000246558\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/projects\/search\/details\/2024-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000246558<\/a><br><strong>Referenca projekta:<\/strong> 2024-1-ES01-KA220-HED-000246558<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekat GEDIS, koji koordinira<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/portal\/web\/informacio-mitjans-audiovisuals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"> <strong>Univerzitet u Barseloni<\/strong><\/a> u \u0160paniji, predstavlja zajedni\u010dki napor u kojem u\u010destvuju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-hildesheim.de\/fb3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Universit\u00e4t Hildesheim<\/a><\/strong> (Njema\u010dka)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fh-kaernten.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">FH K\u00e4rnten \u2013 gemeinn\u00fctzige Gesellschaft mbH<\/a><\/strong> (Austrija)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ff.unsa.ba\/index.php\/bs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Univerzitet u Sarajevu<\/a><\/strong> (Bosna i Hercegovina)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ffos.unios.hr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Sveu\u010dili\u0161te Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku<\/a><\/strong> (Hrvatska)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unizd.hr\/cimmar\/involved-departments\/department-of-information-sciences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Sveu\u010dili\u0161te u Zadru<\/a><\/strong> (Hrvatska)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slu.cz\/fpf\/en\/institutelibrary\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Slezsk\u00e1 Univerzita v Opav\u011b<\/a><\/strong> (\u010ce\u0161ka)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo transnacionalno partnerstvo temelji se na zajedni\u010dkom cilju da se rodna raznolikost ugradi kao klju\u010dna kompetencija u LIS obrazovanju, da se podsti\u010de inkluzivnost i promovi\u0161u inovativne nastavne prakse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kontekst i pozadina<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekat GEDIS odgovara na sve ve\u0107u svijest o rodnoj neravnopravnosti u obrazovanju, kulturnim industrijama i profesionalnim okru\u017eenjima. U visokom obrazovanju, uklju\u010divanje rodne perspektive sve se vi\u0161e prepoznaje kao klju\u010dni faktor za prevazila\u017eenje sistemskih barijera ka jednakosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uprkos napretku, rodna raznolikost i dalje je nedovoljno zastupljena u mnogim univerzitetskim nastavnim planovima i programima \u2013 posebno u oblasti LIS-a, gdje stru\u010dnjaci igraju klju\u010dnu ulogu u oblikovanju dru\u0161tvenih stavova kroz upravljanje informacijama i komunikaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GEDIS se nadovezuje na uspjeh <strong>GENDIMS inicijative<\/strong>, manjeg projekta koji je 2021. godine pokrenuo Univerzitet u Barseloni. \u0160irenjem obima na me\u0111unarodni nivo, GEDIS koristi kolektivnu ekspertizu svojih partnera kako bi ostvario zna\u010dajne promjene u nastavi, u\u010denju i profesionalnoj praksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ciljevi projekta<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GEDIS se vodi sljede\u0107im klju\u010dnim ciljevima:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Integracija rodne raznolikosti u LIS kurikulume:<\/strong> Projekat nastoji pove\u0107ati svijest i razumijevanje rodnih pitanja me\u0111u studentima, nastavnicima i bibliotekarima te podstaknuti inkluzivne nastavne prakse.<br>&#8211;<strong>Razvoj prakti\u010dnih alata i resursa:<\/strong> GEDIS \u0107e kreirati otvorene obrazovne materijale, uklju\u010duju\u0107i priru\u010dnike i studije slu\u010daja, koji podr\u017eavaju integraciju rodne perspektive u obrazovanje.<br>&#8211;<strong>Podsticanje saradnje i umre\u017eavanja:<\/strong> Povezivanjem nastavnika, istra\u017eiva\u010da i bibliotekara iz razli\u010ditih kulturnih i obrazovnih okru\u017eenja, projekat gradi dinami\u010dnu zajednicu posve\u0107enu rodnoj ravnopravnosti.<br>&#8211;<strong>Osiguravanje dugoro\u010dnog uticaja:<\/strong> Aktivnosti projekta su osmi\u0161ljene tako da stvore odr\u017eive promjene, opremaju\u0107i u\u010desnike znanjem i vje\u0161tinama potrebnim za nastavak promocije rodne raznolikosti i nakon zavr\u0161etka projekta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metodologija i aktivnosti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GEDIS projekat koristi sveobuhvatan pristup koji kombinuje istra\u017eivanje, obuku i saradnju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Analiza nastavnih planova:<\/strong> Projekat po\u010dinje detaljnom analizom postoje\u0107ih LIS kurikuluma na partnerskim institucijama kako bi se identifikovali nedostaci i prilike za integraciju rodne raznolikosti.<br>&#8211;<strong>Konsultacije sa stru\u010dnjacima i fokus grupe:<\/strong> Uvidi stru\u010dnjaka, studenata i nastavnog osoblja doprinijet \u0107e razvoju strategija i nastavnih materijala.<br>&#8211;<strong>Radionice za obuku:<\/strong> Fakultetsko osoblje i bibliotekari u\u010destvovat \u0107e u interaktivnim radionicama kako bi pobolj\u0161ali razumijevanje rodno osjetljivih metoda podu\u010davanja i komunikacije.<br>&#8211;<strong>Razvoj obrazovnih materijala:<\/strong> GEDIS \u0107e kreirati otvorene resurse, uklju\u010duju\u0107i tri priru\u010dnika prilago\u0111ena studentima, profesorima i bibliotekarima, kao i edukativnu igru za podsticanje aktivnog u\u010denja.<br>&#8211;<strong>Anga\u017eman studenata:<\/strong> Ljetne \u0161kole i kolaborativne aktivnosti omogu\u0107it \u0107e studentima da postanu aktivni sudionici u promovisanju rodne ravnopravnosti u svojim institucijama.<br>&#8211;<strong>Doga\u0111aji za diseminaciju:<\/strong> Multiplikatorski doga\u0111aji i konferencije predstavi\u0107e rezultate projekta i podsta\u0107i njihovu \u0161iru primjenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>O\u010dekivani rezultati i uticaj<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GEDIS projekat ima za cilj da ostvari transformativni uticaj na akademske i profesionalne okvire LIS-a. Klju\u010dni rezultati uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;<strong>Pove\u0107ana svijest o rodnim pitanjima:<\/strong> Studenti, nastavnici i bibliotekari \u0107e ste\u0107i dublje razumijevanje rodnih neravnopravnosti i razviti strategije za njihovo prevazila\u017eenje.<br>&#8211;<strong>Pobolj\u0161ane nastavne prakse:<\/strong> Integracijom rodne raznolikosti u kurikulume, projekat \u0107e omogu\u0107iti kreiranje inkluzivnijeg i pravednijeg obrazovnog okru\u017eenja.<br>&#8211;<strong>Ja\u010da me\u0111unarodna saradnja:<\/strong> Mre\u017ea partnera omogu\u0107ava razmjenu ideja i najboljih praksi, oboga\u0107uju\u0107i akademsko iskustvo svih u\u010desnika.<br>&#8211;<strong>Odr\u017eivi resursi:<\/strong> Otvoreni obrazovni materijali razvijeni kroz GEDIS ostat \u0107e dostupni i podr\u017eavati dugoro\u010dne napore za promociju rodne raznolikosti u obrazovanju i \u0161ire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dugoro\u010dne koristi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>GEDIS \u017eeli stvoriti dugotrajan efekat koji nadilazi trajanje samog projekta. Ugradnjom rodne raznolikosti kao klju\u010dnog elementa LIS obrazovanja, projekat priprema studente da se suprotstave diskriminatornim praksama i doprinesu pravednijem dru\u0161tvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahvaljuju\u0107i naglasku na saradnji i inovacijama, alati i strategije razvijene u okviru GEDIS-a nastavi\u0107e da inspiri\u0161u nastavnike i stru\u010dnjake \u0161irom Evrope i \u0161ire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rje\u0161avaju\u0107i izazove rodne neravnopravnosti na sveobuhvatan i zajedni\u010dki na\u010din, GEDIS ne samo da podr\u017eava ciljeve <strong>Erasmus+ programa<\/strong>, ve\u0107 i ja\u010da ulogu visokog obrazovanja kao pokreta\u010da dru\u0161tvenih promjena i inkluzije.
