Ve vysok\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed je za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed genderov\u00e9 perspektivy \u0161iroce uzn\u00e1v\u00e1no jako rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed faktor p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek rovnosti. Navzdory pokroku z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 genderov\u00e1 diverzita v mnoha vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch studijn\u00edch programech nedostate\u010dn\u011b zastoupena, co\u017e se t\u00fdk\u00e1 rovn\u011b\u017e obor\u016f LIS, kde informa\u010dn\u00ed profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9 hraj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli p\u0159i utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00fdch postoj\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sd\u00edlen\u00ed informac\u00ed a komunikace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekt navazuje na v\u00fdsledky iniciativy <strong>GENDIMS<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 byla v men\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku zah\u00e1jena Barcelonskou univerzitou v roce 2021. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm sv\u00e9ho z\u00e1b\u011bru na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed kontext vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 GEDIS kolektivn\u00ed odborn\u00e9 znalosti sv\u00fdch partner\u016f k prosazen\u00ed smyslupln\u00fdch zm\u011bn ve v\u00fduce, u\u010den\u00ed a profesn\u00ed praxi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00edle projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GEDIS se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edmi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi c\u00edli:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. <strong>Za\u010dlenit genderovou rozmanitost do u\u010debn\u00edch osnov LIS<\/strong>: C\u00edlem projektu je zv\u00fd\u0161it pov\u011bdom\u00ed a porozum\u011bn\u00ed genderov\u00e9 problematice mezi studuj\u00edc\u00edmi, vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edmi a knihovnami a podpo\u0159it tak inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdukov\u00e9 postupy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Vyvinout praktick\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a zdroje<\/strong>: C\u00edlem projektu GEDIS je vytvo\u0159it otev\u0159en\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed materi\u00e1ly, v\u010detn\u011b sad n\u00e1stroj\u016f a p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00fdch studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 podpo\u0159\u00ed za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed genderov\u00fdch hledisek do v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. <strong>Podporovat spolupr\u00e1ci a vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed s\u00edt\u00ed<\/strong>: T\u00edm, \u017ee projekt spojuje vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edky a knihovny z r\u016fzn\u00fdch kulturn\u00edch a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00ed, podporuje \u017eivou vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed komunitu zam\u011b\u0159enou na genderovou rovnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. <strong>Zajistit dlouhodob\u00fd dopad<\/strong>: Projekt je koncipov\u00e1n tak, aby vytvo\u0159il udr\u017eitelnou zm\u011bnu a vybavil z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00e9 dovednostmi a znalostmi pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi k tomu, aby mohli pokra\u010dovat v prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed genderov\u00e9 rozmanitosti i po skon\u010den\u00ed projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Aktivity a metodologie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekt GEDIS vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 komplexn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup, kter\u00fd kombinuje v\u00fdzkum, \u0161kolen\u00ed a spolupr\u00e1ci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Anal\u00fdza u\u010debn\u00edch osnov<\/strong>: Projekt za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 hloubkovou anal\u00fdzou st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch u\u010debn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f LIS v partnersk\u00fdch instituc\u00edch s c\u00edlem identifikovat nedostatky a p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed genderov\u00e9 rozmanitosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Expertn\u00ed konzultace a focus groups<\/strong>: Poznatky expert\u016f, vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch a studuj\u00edc\u00edch budou slou\u017eit jako podklad pro v\u00fdvoj v\u00fdukov\u00fdch strategi\u00ed a materi\u00e1l\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>\u0160kolen\u00ed a workshopy<\/strong>: Fakulty a knihovny se z\u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed interaktivn\u00edch semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f, aby l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bli metod\u00e1m v\u00fduky a komunikace s ohledem na gender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>V\u00fdvoj vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f<\/strong>: Vzniknou voln\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 zdroje, v\u010detn\u011b t\u0159\u00ed sad n\u00e1stroj\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch pro studuj\u00edc\u00ed, vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a knihovny, spolu s interaktivn\u00ed hrou na podporu aktivn\u00edho u\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Zapojen\u00ed studuj\u00edc\u00edch<\/strong>: Letn\u00ed \u0161koly a dal\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9 aktivity umo\u017en\u00ed studuj\u00edc\u00edm se aktivn\u011b pod\u00edlet na prosazov\u00e1n\u00ed genderov\u00e9 rovnosti v r\u00e1mci sv\u00fdch instituc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Sd\u00edlen\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f<\/strong>: Konference a dal\u0161\u00ed akce, kde bude projekt prezentov\u00e1n, podpo\u0159\u00ed \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a n\u00e1stroj\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O\u010dek\u00e1van\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky a dopad<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekt GEDIS p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 transforma\u010dn\u00ed dopad na akademickou i profesn\u00ed sf\u00e9ru LIS. Mezi hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky pat\u0159\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 genderov\u00e1 vn\u00edmavost<\/strong>: Studuj\u00edc\u00ed, vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a knihovny z\u00edskaj\u00ed hlub\u0161\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed a porozum\u011bn\u00ed genderov\u00e9 problematice, co\u017e jim umo\u017en\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it nerovnosti v jejich oborech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdukov\u00fdch postup\u016f<\/strong>: D\u00edky za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed genderov\u00e9 rozmanitosti do u\u010debn\u00edch osnov pom\u016f\u017ee projekt vytvo\u0159it inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a spravedliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Podpora spolupr\u00e1ce<\/strong>: V\u00fdm\u011bna n\u00e1pad\u016f a osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdch postup\u016f bude podpo\u0159ena vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm s\u00edt\u00ed mezi mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi partnery, co\u017e obohat\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed zku\u0161enosti v\u0161ech z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 <strong>Udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 zdroje<\/strong>: Otev\u0159en\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed materi\u00e1ly vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm projektu z\u016fstanou p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 a podpo\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed o podporu genderov\u00e9 rozmanitosti ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed i mimo n\u011bj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlem projektu GEDIS je vyvolat odezvu, kter\u00e1 dalece p\u0159es\u00e1hne dobu trv\u00e1n\u00ed projektu. T\u00edm, \u017ee projekt zakotvuje genderovou diverzitu jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed prvek vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti LIS, p\u0159ipravuje studuj\u00edc\u00ed na to, aby se postavili diskrimina\u010dn\u00edm praktik\u00e1m a p\u0159isp\u011bli ke spravedliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. D\u016fraz na spolupr\u00e1ci a inovace zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a strategie budou i nad\u00e1le inspirovat vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed odborn\u00edky v cel\u00e9 Evrop\u011b i mimo ni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u00edm, \u017ee GEDIS \u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my genderov\u00e9 nerovnosti komplexn\u011b a v patrnersk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci, podporuje nejen c\u00edle programu Erasmus+, ale tak\u00e9 posiluje roli vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jako hnac\u00ed s\u00edly soci\u00e1ln\u00edch zm\u011bn a inkluze.
