{"id":269,"date":"2025-01-13T20:34:08","date_gmt":"2025-01-13T19:34:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/?page_id=269"},"modified":"2025-03-28T12:08:31","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T11:08:31","slug":"objectius-del-projecte","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/ca\/objectius-del-projecte\/","title":{"rendered":"Objectius del projecte"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Projecte GEDIS: Promoci\u00f3 de la Diversitat de G\u00e8nere en l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Superior<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS (<em>Gender Diversity in Information Science: Challenges in Higher Education<\/em>) se centra a fer que l\u2019educaci\u00f3 superior sigui m\u00e9s inclusiva mitjan\u00e7ant la promoci\u00f3 de la diversitat de g\u00e8nere. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s millorar la manera com s\u2019ensenyen i es comprenen les q\u00fcestions de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la Biblioteconomia i la Documentaci\u00f3 (LIS, per les seves sigles en angl\u00e8s). El projecte combina coneixements de LIS i Estudis de G\u00e8nere per desenvolupar millors m\u00e8todes d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectius i Resultats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS t\u00e9 dos objectius principals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comprendre com s\u2019inclou la diversitat de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019ensenyament de LIS en set pa\u00efsos diferents. Aix\u00f2 inclou con\u00e8ixer les percepcions d\u2019estudiants, docents i bibliotecaris sobre el tema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear eines i recursos \u00fatils que ajudin a integrar la diversitat de g\u00e8nere en els cursos universitaris, fent que l\u2019aprenentatge sigui m\u00e9s inclusiu i equitatiu per a tothom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per assolir aquests objectius, el projecte t\u00e9 metes espec\u00edfiques:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analitzar els plans d\u2019estudi actuals per avaluar fins a quin punt se centren en la diversitat de g\u00e8nere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recollir les experi\u00e8ncies d\u2019estudiants, docents i bibliotecaris sobre la diversitat de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identificar bones pr\u00e0ctiques docents que ja incorporin la diversitat de g\u00e8nere.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenvolupar tres <em>toolkits<\/em> amb materials d\u2019aprenentatge per a estudiants, docents i bibliotecaris. Aquests inclouran exemples, estudis de cas i activitats per comprendre i aplicar la diversitat de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte produir\u00e0 informes, sessions de formaci\u00f3, articles de recerca i eines educatives. Aquests recursos estaran disponibles gratu\u00eftament en l\u00ednia sota una llic\u00e8ncia oberta, perqu\u00e8 qualsevol persona els pugui utilitzar i adaptar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com el Projecte Respon a Prioritats Clau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prioritat 1: Construcci\u00f3 de Sistemes d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Superior Inclusius<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS contribueix a crear universitats m\u00e9s inclusives mitjan\u00e7ant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019estudi dels plans d\u2019ensenyament actuals per identificar \u00e0rees de millora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de grups de discussi\u00f3 amb estudiants, docents i experts per recopilar idees sobre millors pr\u00e0ctiques educatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb bibliotecaris perqu\u00e8 tinguin un paper clau en la promoci\u00f3 de la diversitat de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019escoles d\u2019estiu per a estudiants i esdeveniments per a docents on es comparteixin coneixements i habilitats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En centrar-se en la diversitat i la igualtat, GEDIS contribueix a l\u2019objectiu de la Uni\u00f3 Europea de fer que els sistemes educatius siguin m\u00e9s justos i accessibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prioritat 2: Foment de Pr\u00e0ctiques Innovadores d\u2019Ensenyament i Aprenentatge<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS tamb\u00e9 promou noves formes d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge mitjan\u00e7ant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019\u00fas d\u2019eines de LIS per estudiar q\u00fcestions de g\u00e8nere, com ara l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia amb qu\u00e8 es citen dones en treballs acad\u00e8mics o la propagaci\u00f3 del discurs d\u2019odi basat en el g\u00e8nere en l\u00ednia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La creaci\u00f3 de materials educatius interactius, com ara un <em>serious game<\/em>, per fer que l\u2019aprenentatge sobre diversitat de g\u00e8nere sigui m\u00e9s atractiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La formaci\u00f3 de docents perqu\u00e8 incorporin temes de g\u00e8nere als seus cursos utilitzant m\u00e8todes d\u2019ensenyament moderns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La provisi\u00f3 de recursos basats en eines digitals i programari de codi obert, facilitant-ne l\u2019acc\u00e9s i l\u2019adaptaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes activitats ajuden estudiants i docents a reflexionar de manera cr\u00edtica sobre la diversitat de g\u00e8nere i a incorporar noves idees a les aules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s Important el Projecte GEDIS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La desigualtat de g\u00e8nere continua sent un problema important en molts \u00e0mbits, incloent-hi les ind\u00fastries culturals i els sectors de la informaci\u00f3. Les dones i els grups minoritaris sovint s\u2019enfronten a barreres per a la seva plena participaci\u00f3 i reconeixement. Les universitats poden contribuir a solucionar aquests problemes ensenyant als estudiants a ser conscients d\u2019aquestes desigualtats i a desafiar-les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS es basa en l\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019una iniciativa anterior anomenada GENDIMS, iniciada a la Universitat de Barcelona el 2021. GENDIMS va demostrar que incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en els plans d\u2019estudi millora l\u2019educaci\u00f3. Ara, GEDIS amplia aquesta idea a altres pa\u00efsos, creant una xarxa d\u2019universitats que treballen juntes per promoure la diversitat de g\u00e8nere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Temes Clau<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS se centra en tres \u00e0rees principals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Promoci\u00f3 de la igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/strong>: Millorant la inclusi\u00f3 de la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019ensenyament de LIS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inclusi\u00f3 i no-discriminaci\u00f3<\/strong>: Implicant diferents grups en el projecte i escoltant-ne les aportacions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Igualtat LGBTQ+<\/strong>: Abordant els desafiaments que afronten les persones LGBTQ+ en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i la societat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impacte a Llarg Termini<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El projecte GEDIS vol generar canvis duradors mitjan\u00e7ant:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La formaci\u00f3 d\u2019estudiants perqu\u00e8 pensin cr\u00edticament sobre les q\u00fcestions de g\u00e8nere i actu\u00efn contra la discriminaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019eines perqu\u00e8 docents i bibliotecaris puguin donar suport a la diversitat de g\u00e8nere en la seva feina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La creaci\u00f3 de recursos oberts que es puguin utilitzar en diversos contextos educatius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En fomentar la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre pa\u00efsos i disciplines, GEDIS contribueix a la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019un sistema d\u2019educaci\u00f3 superior m\u00e9s igualitari i inclusiu.
