Aquestes dades matisades destaquen tant les oportunitats com els desafiaments d\u2019implementar estrat\u00e8gies inclusives i efectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Els Objectius de GEDIS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A GEDIS, el nostre treball est\u00e0 alineat amb aquestes conclusions. Els nostres objectius principals s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Promoure la Igualtat de G\u00e8nere en l\u2019Educaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Treballem per integrar les perspectives de g\u00e8nere en els plans d\u2019estudi de Ci\u00e8ncies de la Informaci\u00f3 i Documentaci\u00f3 (LIS), garantint que els estudiants es gradu\u00efn amb els coneixements i habilitats necessaris per fomentar i advocar per la inclusivitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desenvolupar Entorns Laborals Inclusius:<\/strong> Mitjan\u00e7ant formaci\u00f3 i eines d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3, GEDIS ajuda les institucions acad\u00e8miques a identificar mancances en inclusivitat i a implementar les millors pr\u00e0ctiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fomentar la Consci\u00e8ncia i el Canvi a Llarg Termini:<\/strong> La sensibilitzaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per a un progr\u00e9s sostenible. Proporcionem educaci\u00f3 continuada per garantir que les institucions continu\u00efn prioritzant la igualtat de g\u00e8nere molt despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver completat el projecte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La Connexi\u00f3 amb el Pew Research Center<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00faltimes dades del Pew Research Center posen en relleu la complexitat de les actituds envers la DEI. Les seves enquestes mostren que, tot i que la majoria de treballadors tenen una visi\u00f3 positiva sobre la DEI, el percentatge dels que perceben aquestes iniciatives com a &#8220;principalment una cosa negativa&#8221; ha augmentat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant la metodologia rigorosa del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/the-american-trends-panel\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/the-american-trends-panel\/\">American Trends Panel<\/a><\/strong>, els investigadors van dur a terme una enquesta detallada per entendre les perspectives dels treballadors nord-americans sobre les iniciatives de DEI al lloc de treball. L\u2019an\u00e0lisi es basa en les respostes de <strong>4.367 adults ocupats<\/strong>, incloent-hi aquells que treballen a temps parcial o complet. Aquestes dades ofereixen una visi\u00f3 completa de com es perceben els esfor\u00e7os de DEI en diversos entorns laborals, destacant tend\u00e8ncies que modelen el panorama inclusiu del futur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Principals Conclusions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Percepcions sobre l\u2019Atenci\u00f3 a la DEI:<\/strong> Molts treballadors creuen que les seves organitzacions troben un equilibri adequat, per\u00f2 ha augmentat el percentatge dels que consideren que es presta &#8220;massa atenci\u00f3&#8221; a la DEI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Impacte Demogr\u00e0fic:<\/strong> Tot i que la majoria d\u2019americans coincideixen que la DEI beneficia grups infrarepresentats, existeix la percepci\u00f3 que aquests esfor\u00e7os poden perjudicar altres, com ara els homes blancs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquestes conclusions reforcen la necessitat d\u2019equilibrar les iniciatives inclusives amb una comunicaci\u00f3 clara i resultats mesurables\u2014un enfocament central al projecte GEDIS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u2019Enfocament de GEDIS Cap a la Inclusi\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s d\u2019iniciatives com la nostra eina d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere, GEDIS proporciona a les institucions els recursos necessaris per avaluar les seves pr\u00e0ctiques actuals i crear estrat\u00e8gies viables per millorar-les.
