Dies betrifft&nbsp;&nbsp;den Zugang zu&nbsp;Ressourcen&nbsp;und&nbsp;Dienstleistungen,&nbsp;sowie&nbsp;unbezahlte&nbsp;Arbeit. Der Bericht versteht sich als&nbsp;Beitrag zur&nbsp;Integration von geschlechtergerechten Perspektiven in die Finanzpolitik und steht im Einklang mit der Nationalen Strategie f\u00fcr die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter 2021\u20132026 und dem EU-Gender-Equality-Index.&nbsp;Insgesamt l\u00e4sst sich eine deutliche Verbesserung der Geschlechtergleichheit in Italien seit 2010 feststellen, wobei weiterhin Ungleichheiten vor allem in den&nbsp;Bereichen&nbsp;&nbsp;Besch\u00e4ftigungsstatus, Einkommen und Repr\u00e4sentation bestehen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2023&nbsp;stieg&nbsp;die&nbsp;Erwerbst\u00e4tigenquote&nbsp;&nbsp;f\u00fcr&nbsp;Frauen&nbsp;auf&nbsp;52,5 %, der&nbsp;Besch\u00e4ftigungsunterschied&nbsp;betr\u00e4gt&nbsp;jedoch&nbsp;weiterhin&nbsp;17,9&nbsp;Prozentpunkte.&nbsp;Frauen&nbsp;sind&nbsp;dabei&nbsp;h\u00e4ufiger&nbsp;in&nbsp;Teilzeit&nbsp;t\u00e4tig&nbsp;und&nbsp;verdienen&nbsp;weniger&nbsp;als&nbsp;M\u00e4nner. Der&nbsp;Anteil&nbsp;von&nbsp;Frauen&nbsp;in&nbsp;Verwaltungsr\u00e4ten&nbsp;stieg&nbsp;auf&nbsp;43,4 %,&nbsp;wobei&nbsp;er&nbsp;in Parlamenten&nbsp;leicht&nbsp;sank.&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geschlechtsspezifische Gewalt bleibt ein gravierendes Problem: 2023 wurden 63 Femizide in Italien begangen. Nur 0,42 % des Staatshaushaltes werden konkret f\u00fcr die Verringerung von geschlechtsbezogenen Ungleichheiten eingesetzt, wobei dieser Ausgabenanteil w\u00e4chst.
