Ovi detaljni podaci nagla\u0161avaju i prilike i izazove u implementaciji u\u010dinkovitih i uklju\u010divih strategija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ciljevi GEDIS-a<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GEDIS projekt usmjeren je na rje\u0161avanje ovih pitanja kroz sljede\u0107e ciljeve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Promocija rodne ravnopravnosti u obrazovanju:<\/strong><br>Radimo na integraciji rodnih perspektiva u kurikulume bibliotekarskih i informacionih nauka (LIS), kako bismo osigurali da studenti diplomiraju s potrebnim znanjima i vje\u0161tinama za promovisanje i zalaganje za inkluzivnost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Razvoj inkluzivnih radnih okru\u017eenja:<\/strong><br>Kroz alate za samoprocjenu i obuku, GEDIS poma\u017ee akademskim institucijama da identifikuju nedostatke u inkluziji i implementiraju najbolje prakse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Podizanje svijesti i dugoro\u010dne promjene:<\/strong><br>Podizanje svijesti je klju\u010dno za odr\u017eiv napredak. Nudimo kontinuiranu edukaciju kako bismo osigurali da institucije nastave prioritetizirati rodnu ravnopravnost i nakon zavr\u0161etka projekta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Povezanost s Pew Research Centrom<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Najnoviji nalazi Pew Research Centra isti\u010du slo\u017eenost stavova prema DEI. Njihova istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da, iako ve\u0107ina radnika DEI smatra pozitivnim, procenat onih koji to do\u017eivljavaju kao &#8220;uglavnom negativno&#8221; se pove\u0107ao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koriste\u0107i rigoroznu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/the-american-trends-panel\/\">metodologiju <strong>American Trends Pane<\/strong><\/a><strong>l<\/strong>, istra\u017eiva\u010di su sproveli detaljno istra\u017eivanje kako bi razumjeli stavove ameri\u010dkih radnika o DEI inicijativama na radnom mjestu. Analiza se temelji na odgovorima <strong>4.367 zaposlenih odraslih osoba<\/strong>, uklju\u010duju\u0107i one koji rade na pola ili puno radno vrijeme. U\u010desnici su odabrani iz organizacija s najmanje 10 zaposlenih, dok su samozaposleni isklju\u010deni. Osobe s vi\u0161e poslova uklju\u010dene su ako su identificirale jedan kao svoj primarni posao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prikupljanje podataka sprovedeno je izme\u0111u <strong>7. i 13. oktobra 2024. godine<\/strong> kao dio \u0161ire studije o radnoj snazi. Ovi podaci pru\u017eaju sveobuhvatan uvid u to kako se DEI napori percipiraju u razli\u010ditim radnim okru\u017eenjima i nagla\u0161avaju trendove koji oblikuju budu\u0107e inkluzivno radno okru\u017eenje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"826\" height=\"821\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6.jpg 826w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-300x298.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-768x763.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-246x246.jpg 246w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-70x70.jpg 70w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-125x125.jpg 125w, https:\/\/www.ub.edu\/gedis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Workplace-equity-6-211x211.jpg 211w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 826px) 100vw, 826px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Klju\u010dni nalazi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Percepcija pa\u017enje posve\u0107ene DEI:<\/strong><br>Mnogi radnici vjeruju da njihove organizacije posti\u017eu dobar balans, ali raste procenat onih koji smatraju da se &#8220;previ\u0161e pa\u017enje&#8221; posve\u0107uje DEI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uticaj na demografske grupe:<\/strong><br>Iako se ve\u0107ina Amerikanaca sla\u017ee da DEI koristi nedovoljno zastupljenim grupama, postoji percepcija da ovi napori mogu \u0161tetiti drugima, poput bijelih mu\u0161karaca.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi nalazi nagla\u0161avaju potrebu za balansiranjem inkluzivnih inicijativa uz jasnu komunikaciju i mjerljive rezultate, \u0161to je klju\u010d za GEDIS projekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>GEDIS-ov pristup inkluziji<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroz inicijative poput na\u0161eg alata za samoprocjenu rodne ravnopravnosti, GEDIS pru\u017ea institucijama potrebne resurse za procjenu trenutnih praksi i razvoj izvodivih strategija za pobolj\u0161anje. Fokusiraju\u0107i se na LIS obrazovanje, \u017eelimo oblikovati generaciju stru\u010dnjaka koji \u0107e prioritetizirati jednakost i razumjeti njen transformativni potencijal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111e, prepoznajemo va\u017enost kulturnog konteksta. Stoga GEDIS sara\u0111uje sa stru\u010dnjacima iz \u0161est zemalja na razvoju re\u0161enja prilago\u0111enih regionalnim izazovima, a koja istovremeno zadr\u017eavaju globalnu relevantnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Poziv na akciju<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u0161 glas je va\u017ean.
