Publicat cada tres anys, <em>She Figures<\/em> fa un seguiment del progr\u00e9s i la representaci\u00f3 de les dones en l\u2019\u00e0mbit acad\u00e8mic, les carreres de recerca i els c\u00e0rrecs de lideratge. L\u2019informe examina indicadors com la proporci\u00f3 d\u2019investigadores, les bretxes salarials de g\u00e8nere i l\u2019acc\u00e9s al finan\u00e7ament per a la recerca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>She Figures<\/em> serveix com a refer\u00e8ncia per a responsables pol\u00edtics, institucions i altres actors per impulsar reformes inclusives en la recerca i l\u2019educaci\u00f3 superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/05d87867-e838-11ef-b5e9-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">L\u2019informe<\/a> aborda m\u00faltiples aspectes de la igualtat de g\u00e8nere, incloent-hi la distribuci\u00f3 de dones i homes en diferents etapes de la carrera professional, la proporci\u00f3 de dones en publicacions cient\u00edfiques i l\u2019acc\u00e9s al finan\u00e7ament competitiu. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes estad\u00edstiques detallades, <em>She Figures<\/em> ofereix una imatge clara dels desafiaments i aven\u00e7os en mat\u00e8ria d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere en els entorns de recerca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s important <em>She Figures<\/em>?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La igualtat de g\u00e8nere en la recerca i la innovaci\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental per a l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica, el creixement econ\u00f2mic i el progr\u00e9s social. <em><a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/9a6eb251-e82e-11ef-b5e9-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">She Figures<\/a><\/em> posa en relleu les disparitats en la representaci\u00f3 de les dones en els camps STEM (Ci\u00e8ncia, Tecnologia, Enginyeria i Matem\u00e0tiques), els c\u00e0rrecs de lideratge i la distribuci\u00f3 del finan\u00e7ament. En visibilitzar aquestes difer\u00e8ncies, l\u2019informe permet a les institucions i governs europeus implementar pol\u00edtiques espec\u00edfiques per fomentar un entorn de recerca m\u00e9s inclusiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A m\u00e9s, la diversitat en els equips de recerca ha demostrat augmentar la creativitat i millorar la resoluci\u00f3 de problemes en incorporar diferents perspectives. En garantir que les dones tinguin les mateixes oportunitats en la recerca, <em>She Figures<\/em> contribueix a un panorama cient\u00edfic europeu m\u00e9s innovador i competitiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evoluci\u00f3 del 2021 al 2024<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019informe <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> mostra aven\u00e7os significatius en la igualtat de g\u00e8nere en diversos sectors de la recerca i la innovaci\u00f3 des del 2021. Els desenvolupaments m\u00e9s destacats inclouen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un augment gradual del percentatge d\u2019investigadores, especialment en ci\u00e8ncies de la vida i ci\u00e8ncies socials, amb cert progr\u00e9s en els camps STEM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una reducci\u00f3 en la bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere en les institucions de recerca, tot i que encara persisteixen difer\u00e8ncies en determinades disciplines, especialment en les carreres STEM amb salaris m\u00e9s elevats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9s dones accedint a c\u00e0rrecs acad\u00e8mics de nivell superior, gr\u00e0cies a pol\u00edtiques que donen suport a la contractaci\u00f3 equilibrada en termes de g\u00e8nere, programes de mentoratge i modalitats de treball flexibles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una major participaci\u00f3 de dones en programes de recerca finan\u00e7ats per la UE, contribuint a un entorn cient\u00edfic m\u00e9s divers i inclusiu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un refor\u00e7 dels esfor\u00e7os per combatre els biaixos de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019assignaci\u00f3 de finan\u00e7ament per a la recerca, assegurant l\u2019acc\u00e9s igualitari als recursos per a projectes liderats per dones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reptes persistents en els camps de l\u2019enginyeria i la tecnologia, on la representaci\u00f3 femenina continua sent significativament baixa en comparaci\u00f3 amb altres disciplines, malgrat els programes de promoci\u00f3 que encoratgen les joves a seguir carreres en aquestes \u00e0rees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tot i que aquests aven\u00e7os indiquen una tend\u00e8ncia positiva, barreres com els biaixos inconscients, els reptes en la conciliaci\u00f3 entre la vida laboral i personal, i la limitada representaci\u00f3 en posicions de lideratge superior encara requereixen m\u00e9s atenci\u00f3 i acci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exemples per pa\u00eds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Alemanya<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alemanya ha fet progressos en la promoci\u00f3 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-de.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/a> en la recerca amb iniciatives com el <em>Professorinnenprogramm<\/em>, destinat a augmentar el nombre de professores. No obstant aix\u00f2, encara persisteixen difer\u00e8ncies en els camps STEM, on les dones continuen estant infrarepresentades. L\u2019informe del 2024 destaca millores en les pol\u00edtiques de contractaci\u00f3 amb igualtat de g\u00e8nere, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 subratlla la necessitat de m\u00e9s esfor\u00e7os en la representaci\u00f3 en el lideratge. S\u2019han introdu\u00eft noves iniciatives de finan\u00e7ament per a projectes de recerca dirigits per dones, amb l\u2019objectiu de fomentar l\u2019equilibri de g\u00e8nere a llarg termini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Espanya<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Espanya ha estat capdavantera en <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-es.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">pol\u00edtiques d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/a>, amb un fort suport legislatiu per a les dones en la recerca. L\u2019informe <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> mostra que Espanya t\u00e9 una de les quotes m\u00e9s altes d\u2019investigadores a Europa, especialment en ci\u00e8ncies socials i humanitats. Els esfor\u00e7os per reduir la bretxa salarial de g\u00e8nere i promoure la conciliaci\u00f3 entre la vida laboral i personal han contribu\u00eft a un progr\u00e9s constant en les carreres de recerca. A m\u00e9s, el pa\u00eds ha implementat quotes de g\u00e8nere en les institucions de recerca, garantint una major representaci\u00f3 femenina en els c\u00e0rrecs de presa de decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Rep\u00fablica Txeca<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Rep\u00fablica Txeca continua afrontant <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-cz.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">dificultats en la igualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/a> en la recerca, especialment en enginyeria i tecnologia. L\u2019informe <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> destaca la baixa representaci\u00f3 de dones en c\u00e0rrecs acad\u00e8mics superiors, tot i l\u2019augment del nombre de graduades en disciplines cient\u00edfiques. S\u2019han introdu\u00eft pol\u00edtiques de transversalitzaci\u00f3 de g\u00e8nere i programes de mentoratge per abordar aquestes difer\u00e8ncies, juntament amb beques espec\u00edfiques per fomentar que m\u00e9s dones cursin doctorats en camps STEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cro\u00e0cia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cro\u00e0cia ha experimentat aven\u00e7os positius en la i<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-hr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">gualtat de g\u00e8nere<\/a> en la recerca, amb m\u00e9s dones obtenint beques de recerca i ocupant c\u00e0rrecs de lideratge. No obstant aix\u00f2, encara hi ha reptes pel que fa a la progressi\u00f3 professional i l\u2019acc\u00e9s al finan\u00e7ament per a investigadores. L\u2019informe <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> assenyala iniciatives pol\u00edtiques en curs per reduir les disparitats de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019\u00e0mbit acad\u00e8mic i el finan\u00e7ament de la recerca. A m\u00e9s, el govern ha implementat programes de suport per a investigadores en les primeres etapes de la seva carrera, incloent-hi xarxes de mentoratge i programes de subvencions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>She Figures 2024<\/em> ofereix una visi\u00f3 completa sobre les tend\u00e8ncies de la igualtat de g\u00e8nere en la recerca i la innovaci\u00f3 a Europa. Tot i que s\u2019han aconseguit aven\u00e7os des del 2021, encara persisteixen desigualtats, especialment en els camps STEM i en els c\u00e0rrecs de lideratge superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019\u00fas de dades i an\u00e0lisis fonamentades, els pa\u00efsos europeus poden continuar treballant cap a un entorn de recerca m\u00e9s inclusiu i
