Objavljuje se svake tri godine i prati napredak i zastupljenost \u017eena u akademskoj zajednici, istra\u017eiva\u010dkim karijerama i rukovode\u0107im pozicijama. Izvje\u0161taj analizira pokazatelje poput udjela \u017eena me\u0111u istra\u017eiva\u010dima, rodnog jaza u platama i pristupa istra\u017eiva\u010dkim fondovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>She Figures<\/em> slu\u017ei kao referentna ta\u010dka za donosioce politika, institucije i dionike kako bi potaknuli reforme usmjerene na rodnu ravnopravnost u istra\u017eivanju i visokom obrazovanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/05d87867-e838-11ef-b5e9-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Izvje\u0161taj<\/a> obuhvata razli\u010dite aspekte rodne ravnopravnosti, uklju\u010duju\u0107i raspodjelu \u017eena i mu\u0161karaca u razli\u010ditim fazama karijere, udio \u017eena u nau\u010dnim publikacijama i pristup konkurentnom finansiranju. Pru\u017eanjem ovih sveobuhvatnih statisti\u010dkih podataka, <em>She Figures<\/em> daje jasan uvid u izazove i napredak u rodnoj ravnopravnosti u istra\u017eiva\u010dkim okru\u017eenjima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to je <em>She Figures<\/em> va\u017ean?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodna ravnopravnost u istra\u017eivanju i inovacijama klju\u010dna je za nau\u010dnu izvrsnost, ekonomski rast i dru\u0161tveni napredak. <a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/9a6eb251-e82e-11ef-b5e9-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><em>She Figures<\/em> <\/a>isti\u010de razlike u zastupljenosti \u017eena u STEM oblastima (nauka, tehnologija, in\u017eenjerstvo i matematika), rukovode\u0107im pozicijama i dodjeli istra\u017eiva\u010dkih sredstava. Ukazivanjem na ove nejednakosti, izvje\u0161taj omogu\u0107ava evropskim institucijama i vladama da primijene ciljane politike za podsticanje inkluzivnog istra\u017eiva\u010dkog okru\u017eenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pored toga, raznolikost u istra\u017eiva\u010dkim timovima dokazano pove\u0107ava kreativnost i pobolj\u0161ava rje\u0161avanje problema uklju\u010divanjem razli\u010ditih perspektiva. Osiguravanjem jednakih mogu\u0107nosti za \u017eene u istra\u017eivanju, <em>She Figures<\/em> doprinosi inovativnijem i konkurentnijem evropskom nau\u010dnom prostoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Napredak od 2021. do 2024.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvje\u0161taj <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> pokazuje zna\u010dajan napredak u rodnoj ravnopravnosti u razli\u010ditim sektorima istra\u017eivanja i inovacija od 2021. godine. Klju\u010dna dostignu\u0107a uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Postepeno pove\u0107anje procenta \u017eena me\u0111u istra\u017eiva\u010dima, posebno u biomedicinskim i dru\u0161tvenim naukama, uz odre\u0111eni napredak u STEM oblastima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smanjenje rodnog jaza u platama u istra\u017eiva\u010dkim institucijama, iako razlike i dalje postoje u pojedinim disciplinama, posebno u visokopla\u0107enim STEM karijerama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve\u0107i broj \u017eena na vi\u0161im akademskim pozicijama, zahvaljuju\u0107i politikama koje podr\u017eavaju rodno uravnote\u017eene prakse zapo\u0161ljavanja, mentorstvo i fleksibilne radne aran\u017emane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pove\u0107ano u\u010de\u0161\u0107e \u017eena u istra\u017eiva\u010dkim programima finansiranim iz EU-a, \u0161to doprinosi raznovrsnijem i inkluzivnijem nau\u010dnom prostoru.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poja\u010dani napori za suzbijanje rodnih predrasuda u dodjeli istra\u017eiva\u010dkih fondova, osiguravaju\u0107i jednak pristup resursima za projekte koje vode \u017eene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I dalje prisutni izazovi u in\u017eenjerskim i tehnolo\u0161kim oblastima, gdje je zastupljenost \u017eena zna\u010dajno niska u pore\u0111enju s drugim disciplinama, uprkos programima usmjerenim na podsticanje mladih \u017eena da odaberu karijeru u ovim oblastima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako ovi pomaci ukazuju na pozitivne trendove, trajne prepreke, poput nesvjesnih predrasuda, izazova u uskla\u0111ivanju poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota te ograni\u010dene zastupljenosti \u017eena na vrhunskim rukovode\u0107im pozicijama, zahtijevaju dodatnu pa\u017enju i djelovanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Primjeri iz pojedinih zemalja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Njema\u010dka<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Njema\u010dka je ostvarila napredak u <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-de.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">promovisanju rodne ravnopravnosti<\/a> u istra\u017eivanju kroz inicijative poput programa <em>Professorinnenprogramm<\/em>, koji ima za cilj pove\u0107ati broj \u017eena na profesorskim pozicijama. Ipak, nejednakosti i dalje postoje u STEM oblastima, gdje su \u017eene i dalje nedovoljno zastupljene. Izvje\u0161taj iz 2024. godine nagla\u0161ava pobolj\u0161anja u politikama zapo\u0161ljavanja zasnovanim na rodnoj ravnopravnosti, ali isti\u010de i potrebu za dodatnim naporima u osiguravanju \u017eenskog liderstva. Pokrenute su nove inicijative finansiranja istra\u017eiva\u010dkih projekata koje vode \u017eene, s ciljem dugoro\u010dne rodne ravnote\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u0160panija<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160panija je predvodnik u <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-es.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">politikama rodne ravnopravnosti<\/a>, sa sna\u017enom zakonskom podr\u0161kom \u017eenama u istra\u017eivanju. Izvje\u0161taj <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> pokazuje da \u0160panija ima jedan od najve\u0107ih udjela \u017eena me\u0111u istra\u017eiva\u010dima u Evropi, posebno u dru\u0161tvenim i humanisti\u010dkim naukama. Napori za smanjenje razlike u platama i podsticanje ravnote\u017ee izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota tako\u0111e su doprinijeli stalnom napretku u istra\u017eiva\u010dkim karijerama. Zemlja je uvela i rodne kvote u istra\u017eiva\u010dkim institucijama, osiguravaju\u0107i ve\u0107u zastupljenost \u017eena u procesima dono\u0161enja odluka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u010ce\u0161ka Republika<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ce\u0161ka Republika i dalje se suo\u010dava s <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-cz.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">rodnim nejednakostima<\/a> u istra\u017eivanju, posebno u in\u017eenjerstvu i tehnologiji. Izvje\u0161taj <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> isti\u010de nisku zastupljenost \u017eena na vi\u0161im akademskim pozicijama, uprkos rastu\u0107em broju diplomiranih studentica u nau\u010dnim disciplinama. Kako bi se rije\u0161ili ovi problemi, uvedene su politike rodne integracije i programi mentorstva, uz ciljane stipendijske programe za podsticanje ve\u0107eg broja \u017eena da upi\u0161u doktorske studije u STEM oblastima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Hrvatska<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrvatska bilje\u017ei pozitivne <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/assets\/rtd\/shefigures\/2024\/files\/shefigures2024fiche-hr.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">promjene u rodnoj ravnopravnosti<\/a> u istra\u017eivanju, s ve\u0107im brojem \u017eena koje dobijaju istra\u017eiva\u010dke stipendije i rukovode\u0107e pozicije. Ipak, izazovi i dalje postoje, posebno u napredovanju u karijeri i pristupu finansiranju za istra\u017eiva\u010dice. Izvje\u0161taj <em>She Figures 2024<\/em> ukazuje na kontinuirane politi\u010dke inicijative usmjerene na smanjenje rodnih nejednakosti u akademskoj zajednici i istra\u017eiva\u010dkom finansiranju. Vlada je tako\u0111e pokrenula programe podr\u0161ke mladim istra\u017eiva\u010dicama kroz mre\u017ee mentorstva i grant programe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zaklju\u010dak<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><em>She Figures 2024<\/em> pru\u017ea sveobuhvatan pregled trendova u rodnoj ravnopravnosti u istra\u017eivanju i inovacijama \u0161irom Evrope.
