El evento tuvo lugar el once de marzo de este a\u00f1o 2024 en el Campus Luigi Einaudi, con Carlo Capello (Universidad de Tur\u00edn) como <em>discussant<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La conferencia se titul\u00f3: <strong>Dilemas del aprovisionamiento de alimentos y crisis de la reproducci\u00f3n social. Comelles<\/strong>, Catedr\u00e0tic em\u00e8rit d\u2019Antropologia Social de la Universitat Rovira i Virgili i <strong>Joan Llu\u00eds Alegret<\/strong>, Professor em\u00e8rit de la Universitat de Girona va escriure unes poques paraules que compartim:<\/p><p>\u201cLa problem\u00e0tica descrita des d\u2019una perspectiva etnogr\u00e0fica, fa refer\u00e8ncia a noves formes d\u2019activitat econ\u00f2mica que poden considerar-se alternatives a la economia cl\u00e0ssica basada en societats de capital. L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes experi\u00e8ncies a partir de l\u2019observaci\u00f3 participant no solament contribueix al seu coneixement sin\u00f3 que obre les portes a procediments d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 poc representats en les empreses actuals.
