Collaboration steps for
Custom-made Programmes

""

Step 1: Understanding Your Needs

Through targeted meetings, we identify key areas for development and define the outcomes and skills that participants must acquire and excel in during the course.

""

Step 2: Designing the Curriculum

We create a custom currículum that alligns with your objectives creating a programme that includes a blend of academic lectures, case estudies, workshops, and group discussions, offering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

""

Step 3: Localized Learning:
Academic and Practical Integration

We integrate local expertise from Barcelona and Europe into the programme, using real-world case studies and field visits to local businesses and urban projects. Participants gain hands-on experience and insights from local stakeholders, such as business leaders and government representatives, enhancing both academic knowledge and practical application.

""

Step 4: Enriching the Learning Experience

To complement the academic and practical elements of the programme, we offer a range of cultural and leisure extracurricular activities that enhance the local experience. Participants have the opportunity to explore the vibrant culture of Barcelona through activities that foster a deeper connection with the city and promote cultural understanding and team bonding, creating a well-rounded and immersive learning experience.

""

Step 5: Measuring Impact

We assess the learning outcomes to gauge the success of the programme and its impact on your organization. This ensures that the programme delivers real, measurable value. Additionally, we foster a long-term partnership to support your organization’s future learning needs.
