On Friday, 28 March 2025, Obertament hosted the IV Annual Debate Conference “No Symptom of Discrimination”, a gathering to share strategies for eliminating stigma and discrimination in community mental health services. The event took place at Palau Macaya (Pg. de St. Joan, 108, L’Eixample, 08037 Barcelona) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This year, the conference focused on the presentation of the collection of best practices in community mental health, a document reviewed by the First-Person Mental Health Research Group, which compiles real experiences and creates spaces for reflection to advance towards services that uphold service users’ rights.
Our member Francisco José Eiroá-Orosa moderated the roundtable discussion “From theory to practice: experiences in implementing best practices in mental health”, featuring professionals and service users.
