Through a participatory research process, the project applies the <strong>Citizenship framework<\/strong> \u2014 based on the &#8220;5Rs&#8221;: rights, responsibilities, roles, resources, and relationships \u2014 to transform these theoretical concepts into practical tools and digital strategies. Our goal is to strengthen recovery pathways towards full societal membership, fostering autonomy and social inclusion.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Project objectives<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Explore the applicability<\/strong> of the citizenship framework in shaping recovery pathways through co-design workshops with individuals with lived experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Implement a peer-led training and awareness programme<\/strong> to empower participants and improve recovery outcomes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Co-design and validate a reflective tool<\/strong> integrating the citizenship framework and <strong>Artificial Intelligence<\/strong> to evaluate personalised recovery trajectories.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Measure the impact<\/strong> of the training programme and reflective tool on participants\u2019 citizenship, empowerment, and recovery outcomes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disseminate findings<\/strong> to stakeholders, including service users, families, and professionals, to promote the adoption of citizenship-based practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Phases and Results<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Co-design Workshops<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Direct collaboration with participants (service users, activists, and peer support workers) to adapt the citizenship framework to real-world needs and define the content for training and tools.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Peer-led Training Programme<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Based on the TLC3 principles (targeted, local, credible, and continuous contact), where activists and peer support workers deliver training to encourage participants to manage their rights and roles in the community.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Recovery Trajectory Reflective Tool<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Development of a practical workbook and an <strong>AI-powered chatbot<\/strong> informed by real narratives to help users reflect on and reshape their recovery journeys.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Feasibility and Evaluation Studies<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Implementation of experimental designs and pilot studies to validate the effectiveness and usability of the developed tools.<\/p>\n<h2>Join our initiative!<\/h2>\n<p>We are seeking individuals with lived experience of mental health challenges, peer support workers, and activists to participate in our co-design workshops and training programmes.
