From this perspective, the processes of change that lead from small-scale societies typical of the Late Bronze and early Iron Age to complex societies, based on large territorial entities, are analyzed. This analysis is carried out from new theoretical and methodological orientations, with a markedly interdisciplinary character.<\/p>\n<p>From a geographical point of view, the analysis has focused on the protohistoric populations of Catalonia, but also on the Talayotic population in the Balearic Islands or the Numidian peoples of North Africa. From this perspective, the processes of change that lead from small-scale societies typical of the Late Bronze and early Iron Age to complex societies, based on large territorial entities, are analyzed. This analysis is carried out from new theoretical and methodological orientations, with a markedly interdisciplinary character.<\/p>\n<p>From a geographical point of view, the analysis has focused on the protohistoric populations of Catalonia, but also on the Talayotic population in the Balearic Islands or the Numidian peoples of North Africa.
