I studied philosophy at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in Mexico City. I obtained the degree in 2003 with the thesis "World and Language in Hegel", which was being advised by Carlos Pereda. In the same year I began to study a master degree at Instituto de Investigaciones Filosoficas in Mexico City too. I obtained the degree in 2006 with the thesis "Wittgenstein and Scepticism", which was being advised by Mario Gómez-Torrente. In 2007 I got a scholar-ship in Mexico (CONACyT) to study a Phd at Universitat de Barcelona. My adviser is Genoveva Martí and my thesis is about Frege and the different cognitive values in identity statements.

Philosophical areas: Philosophy of Language, Philosophy of Mind, Metaphisics.
