Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the University of Barcelona, working under the supervision of Professor Josep Macià and Professor Manuel García-Carpintero. My research is focused on investigating whether certain types of implicatures are more challenging for individuals with ASD.
In July 2023, I graduated from University of Siena with a Master’s degree in Language and mind: Linguistics and cognitive studies. In my thesis, I analyzed the behavior of scalar additive operators in Albanian, such as madje (aprox. even) and gathered native-speaker intuitions by using a forced-choice questionnaire.
I have also worked as a research associate on the project CROSSING, aimed at understanding the phenomenon of additivity in natural languages (PRIN 2022 CUP B53D23014610001).
My main research interests lie in the philosophy of language, pragmatics and semantics.
