The LOGOS Research Group wishes to inform young researchers in philosophy at the postdoctoral stage of their careers \u2014who were or will have been awarded their PhD between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2025<\/strong>\u2014 that the Spanish State Agency for Research (AEI)<\/strong> has published the 2025 call for Juan de la Cierva postdoctoral fellowships. These fellowships are for three years and aim to promote the incorporation of early-career researchers into Spanish R&D centres in order to help complete their postdoctoral training.<\/p>\n The application platform for individual candidates<\/strong> will open on 25 November 2025<\/strong> and close on 17 December 2025 at 14:00 (Madrid time)<\/strong>. Institutional submissions (by the host university or research centre) must be completed earlier, by 10 December 2025 at 14:00 (Madrid time). Please note that, as usual, the University of Barcelona may set an internal deadline for complete applications that coincides with, or is slightly earlier than, the institutional deadline.<\/strong><\/p>\n Information concerning the internal deadline will be announced soon on the LOGOS webpage.<\/p>\n Applicants need an academic sponsor<\/strong> who holds a PhD and has a valid contract with a Spanish university for the full duration of the fellowship. LOGOS members who meet these criteria are happy to sponsor suitable applicants.<\/p>\n Researchers interested in seeking such sponsorship are encouraged to contact a Senior LOGOS member<\/strong> working in their field, or else the Coordinator, by email. Expressions of interest should be accompanied by an updated CV.<\/p>\n LOGOS particularly welcomes expressions of interest from female researchers and members of other underrepresented groups.<\/p>\n
