He is the author of numerous works on the philosophy of economics, political philosophy, political history and history of philosophy, and has published two books: <em>De la \u00e9tica a la pol\u00edtica<\/em>. <em>De la raz\u00f3n er\u00f3tica a la raz\u00f3n inerte<\/em> (Cr\u00edtica, 1989); and <em>El eclipse de la fraternidad<\/em>. <em>Una revisi\u00f3n republicana de la tradici\u00f3n socialista<\/em> (Cr\u00edtica, 2004; 2nd ed. Akal, 2019). A socialist without a party, he was a member of the PCE-PSUC under the Franco regime.
