L\u2019\u00e0rea se centra en la relaci\u00f3 entre les configuracions institucionals del territori i la pol\u00edtica del comportament judicial.
\nEls principals \u00e0mbits d\u2019inter\u00e8s s\u00f3n:
\n1.- Analitzar emp\u00edricament el comportament dels actors judicials
\n2.- Analitzar les prefer\u00e8ncies pol\u00edtiques i territorials dels membres dels alts tribunals, com ara el Tribunal Suprem, el Tribunal Constitucional o els tribunals d\u2019apel\u00b7laci\u00f3 regionals
