For this purpose, it was done an evaluation of the teaching practice and methodology, training  needs,  personal  situation  and  personal  experiences  of  883  UB professorsduring the shift to online teaching. L&#8217;objectiu d\u2019aquest estudi va ser analitzar la doc\u00e8ncia online d\u2019emerg\u00e8ncia realitzada a la  UB durant  la  crisi  pand\u00e8mica  de  2020  per  extreure  conclusions  i  realitzar  una proposta  d&#8217;innovaci\u00f3  en  un  model  h\u00edbrid  d&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge;  recollint  els avantatges i beneficis tant de la presencialitat com de la no presencialitat.
