2nd International Conference in Experiences in Active Learning in Higher Education (ICEALHE)

The research group in teaching innovation funded under the project REDICE20-2486 invites abstract submissions for paper presentations at the 2nd International Conference in Experiences in Active Learning in Higher Education. The project REDICE20-2486 is funded by the Institut de Ciències de l’Educació of the University of Barcelona. The Conference will be held online on November 5, 2021.
The keynote talk of the conference will be given by Dr. Steven Proud, who is currently the Director of Undergraduate Studies and a Reader in Economics Education within the School of Economics at the University of Bristol.
The goal of the conference is to provide a forum for high-quality research in innovation in Higher Education focusing on active learning methodologies (flipped classroom, team-based learning, experiments, etc.). The event provides an opportunity for lecturers from different universities and countries to discuss their work in a relaxed atmosphere and to develop long-term collaborative relationships.

October 1, 2021: Deadline for abstracts submission.
October 13, 2021: Notification of acceptance of abstracts.
October 20, 2021: Deadline for registration for presenting authors.
October 22, 2021: Tentative program of the conference
November 4, 2021: Deadline for registrations for conference attendees (non-presenting authors)
The organizers of the Conference will select a subset of the presented papers for publication either in a Special Issue of the Revista d’Innovació i Recerca en Educació (http://revistes.ub.edu/index.php/REIRE/index) or in the online collection Jornades i Congressos (http://diposit.ub.edu/dspace/handle/2445/42653).
