IN2UB researchers are listed in the 2% of the world’s most influential scientists, since they are the most cited ones in their respective disciplines, according to the new update of the database published by the editorial Elsevier, known as the Stanford ranking.

The University of Barcelona is the Spanish university institution with most researchers in this group of leading scientists. The database gathers the leading scientists in different disciplines and is made out of the information provided by the Scopus database. Specifically, in this 2% of global leading scientists are 13 researchers with affiliation to the Institute, listed according to the Research field for author:
