New spin-off Nimble Diagnostics to commercialize a technology for monitoring stents and identifying heart conditions
Nimble Diagnostics, a new UB, IGTP and UPC spin-off, founded to monitor stent using microwave technology, being Dr. Javier Tejada (Magnetism Group Faculty of Physics and IN²UB) a co-founder of this newly created spin-off, which aims at monitoring stents to ensure its correct function and early detection of its damage or obstruction in order to avoid further clinical complications since the Nimble system allows possible cardiac problems to be identified before it is too late in a non-invasive way.
